Apgujeong & Dosan Date: Food, Fashion, and a Bit of Chaos

I visited Apgujeong-dong last weekend, right as the Chuseok holiday began :)
Apgujeong Rodeo's hidden gem for budget-friendly eats! They offer lunch menus even on weekends, which is a big plus :)
The fried squid (₩15,000) and spicy octopus stew (₩9,500 per person) are delicious :)
Is Saturday the drop day for Palace? The line to get in was pretty long…
Supreme was also crowded, probably because it was the week 6 release of the 25FW collection. I ended up buying a hat that day :)
Casetify x Murakami
MoMA Design Store
Didn't really look at the books, just these things haha. My wife bought another New York Yankees hat. The price wasn't much different from the Tokyo store :)
I wanted to check out the newly opened Stussy in Dosan, but the line was insane… And there were so many foreigners.
I was hoping to get a Stussy Seoul hoodie… but didn't even get to look inside.
Right next door was the IAB Studio store.
They had past collaboration products with Asics on display. Not for sale, of course.
They even collaborated with Tamiya. These were on sale for around ₩20,000 in the store. I gave it a pass after getting a look from my wife haha.
Nudake Haus Nowhere Dosan seems to be a photo zone for foreign tourists.
Saw the Cybertruck in person ✨
GML Dosan Cafe
It seems like they specialize in drip coffee, but I think we ordered the wrong thing :/
Visited the Birkenstock store too.
Almost bought a pair of shoes because they were described as limited edition :)
Also checked out Kasina, which recently reopened with a renovation.
The Dosan branch seems to be the largest.
Welcome Records was inside as a shop-in-shop. They had Cypress Hill's Black Sunday LP, and I considered buying it, but hesitated after seeing the price haha.
We finished our date in Dosan with a visit to the Noah store! Dosan has a similar vibe to the backstreets of Harajuku and Shibuya in Tokyo, but the big difference is that there are so many cars on the narrow streets, so it's stressful constantly having to avoid them. There were also a ton of foreign tourists, especially Chinese tourists… I really hate seeing them openly smoking e-cigarettes in the street.
