All-You-Can-Eat Dakgalbi and Chicken BBQ Paradise in Sajik-dong: Dakgalbi Jejakso Sajik Stadium Branch

Are you a fan of Dakgalbi?
Today, I'm sharing my experience at Dakgalbi Jejakso (닭갈비제작소) Sajik Stadium Branch, a Sajik-dong restaurant where you can enjoy both Dakgalbi (spicy stir-fried chicken) and Korean BBQ chicken!
Dakgalbi Jejakso Sajik Stadium Branch is located right in front of Sajik Stadium in Busan.
If you're coming by subway, just take Exit 1 from Sajik Station.
Dakgalbi Jejakso has its own parking lot right next to the entrance!
Just type "Dakgalbi Jejakso Sajik Stadium Branch" into your navigation app, and you'll see the entrance to the parking area right beside it.
They have space for about 10 cars, and it's super convenient since the parking lot is right next to the restaurant.
My first impression of Dakgalbi Jejakso Sajik Stadium Branch was that it was spacious and clean. There were plenty of tables, so even when it's busy, you can relax and enjoy your meal!
Dakgalbi Jejakso offers an all-you-can-eat Dakgalbi option for a reasonable price of ₩14,900 per person. In these times of high prices, it's a great deal to enjoy a delicious and filling meal!
For just an extra ₩1,000, you can also enjoy unlimited Korean BBQ chicken along with the Dakgalbi!
Each table has instructions on how to best enjoy the Dakgalbi and BBQ chicken, so even if you're new to all-you-can-eat Dakgalbi, you can easily cook it perfectly.
There are plenty of aprons available at the entrance, so feel free to use them.
Dakgalbi Jejakso has a self-serve bar where you can freely choose what you want to eat.
They have a Dakgalbi self-serve bar with sauces like spicy seasoning, garlic, and mala, so you can customize your Dakgalbi to your liking.
There's also a Korean BBQ chicken self-serve bar with chicken neck meat, gizzards, cartilage, seasoned with salt and soy sauce, as well as pork belly and smoked duck!
Then there’s a vegetable and topping self-serve bar with wide glass noodles, rice cakes, kimchi, and scallion salad.
Finally, there's a side dish and lettuce wrap self-serve bar that goes perfectly with the Korean BBQ chicken and Dakgalbi!
As someone who loves meat and vegetables, I was amazed by the wide selection at the self-serve bar!
They also have fried rice and chicken porridge.
There's even seaweed flakes and sesame oil available for making fried rice at the end of your meal!
And soft drinks are included in the price! Amazing!
They also offer instant ramen (Hangang Ramyeon) for only ₩1,000!
Three kinds of sauces are provided separately, and you can get more at the self-serve bar if you need them.
I love scallions and lettuce wraps, so I went back for more a couple of times!
I started with the chicken porridge as an appetizer and then started on the main course!
My friend and I have slightly different tastes, so it was great that we could each get what we wanted.
The grill was large enough to hold all the ingredients, and we watched the meat cooking, drooling and waiting for it to be ready!
We cut the meat into bite-sized pieces,
made lettuce wraps, and ate it with grilled kimchi and mushrooms. It was so delicious!
If you like Korean BBQ chicken, I think you'll be very satisfied with Dakgalbi Jejakso, where you can enjoy different flavors at the same time!
After you finish the Korean BBQ chicken, just tell the staff, and they will change the grill so you can start cooking the Dakgalbi.
The basic vegetables are already prepared, and you can get more Dakgalbi from the self-serve bar to cook together.
At first, we tried to cook it ourselves, but the staff helped us cook the Dakgalbi.
You can really tell the difference with a professional touch!
The owner said that they might not be able to help when they are busy. The staff were so friendly!

We enjoyed the delicious glass noodles, rice cakes, and Dakgalbi, and also made lettuce wraps.

It was so delicious that we ate until we couldn't eat anymore!
Be sure to add the wide glass noodles to your Dakgalbi!
Dakgalbi Jejakso also sells highballs, so keep that in mind if you like them.

They also have a weekday lunch special for ₩11,900, which includes Dakgalbi (250g) + unlimited vegetables & lettuce wraps.
If you don't have a big appetite, I recommend going for the weekday lunch special!
They are currently having a 1st anniversary event. If you mention that you saw the flyer on the blog, you can get a free bottle of soju, beer, or grilled cheese! Be sure to mention it!
If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy delicious and filling Korean BBQ chicken and Dakgalbi at a reasonable price,
I recommend visiting Dakgalbi Jejakso Sajik Stadium Branch!
