located in Yulha, Gimhae!!!

● Parking: Available in front of the restaurant or near Yulha Stream

● Business Hours: 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM

● Break Time: 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM

● Last Order: 8:00 PM

Gimhae Yulha 맛집 (Delicious Restaurant)

I visited Ajiya when it first opened a while ago,

and I remembered it being so delicious.

I saved it in my mind(?), and

I recently revisited this Yulha sushi 맛집 (delicious restaurant), "Ajiya"!!

Ajiya Exterior

It was easy to park in front of the restaurant,

and because Yulha Stream is located near the restaurant,

it's also great for a light walk after your meal!!

Considering the walking course,

my overall satisfaction with the visit was even higher,

so I think I'll be visiting again ><

Gimhae Gwandong-dong 맛집 (Delicious Restaurant)

The interior consists of single-story standing tables,

and the walls are covered with Japanese-style stickers and

posters, making it fun to look around.

Indoor Waiting Area

This is the waiting area, and

when I was finishing my meal and about to leave,

the waiting area was almost full...!!

I felt like it had become a super popular 맛집 (delicious restaurant)

since my last visit.

Like this visit, I think it would be better to arrive slightly

before the usual mealtime next time

to avoid waiting.

(I arrived around 6 PM, and I was able to get in

right away without waiting)

How to Enjoy Your Meal

When you sit down, the table is set up like this, and you can

self-serve basic plates, soy sauce, and cutlery.

During my last visit, I just grabbed any sushi that I wanted to eat,

but after seeing the "How to Enjoy More Deliciously" guide,

I ended up eating from the left side first, lol.

Before you eat, read this carefully

and I think you'll enjoy a more flavorful meal!!

Menu and Ordered Items

Menu

There are Aji Set A and B versions on the menu,

and you can also order sashimi or individual sushi pieces.

I don't have any particular allergies, so

I decided to order without changing the configuration.

(Actually, I'm allergic to shrimp, but I just eat it)

Basic Table Setting

After ordering, the first thing they bring

is a salad!!

The salad was more refreshing

than sweet.

It was a salad where the crisp texture of the vegetables

was vividly felt.

And then the udon came out!!

It was nice to lightly feel the cool broth,

When you're eating sushi and your throat gets a little dry,

it's perfect to take a light sip!! ><

Ajiya Sushi Taste Review

Gwandong-dong Sushi 맛집 (Delicious Restaurant)

First of all, this is the Ajiya A set, which consists of 12 pieces!!

It consists of flounder, bluefin tuna akami, squid, sea bream,

salmon, bluefin tuna otoro, mullet, shrimp,

special, special, seared tuna, and eel.

Ajiya A Set

The sushi configuration is 2 pieces more than Set B,

and so it's plated with a visual that looks full on one plate,

making it look especially appetizing when taking pictures, lol.

(I eat the B set, but when I think about the visual of the pictures,

I'm so tempted by the A set ^0^)

And the Ajiya A set consists of

flounder, bluefin tuna akami, squid, sea bream, seared salmon,

salmon, bluefin tuna otoro, mullet, shrimp, and seared tuna!!

On my previous visit, I immediately ate the seared salmon,

which looked the most delicious,

but this time, I referred to the "How to Eat Deliciously" guide

and started eating the salmon sushi.

Gwandong-dong Sushi 맛집 (Delicious Restaurant)

Before, the bluefin tuna sushi really

felt like it was melting in my mouth,

but this time, the chewy salmon texture of

the salmon sushi was so delicious.

Last time, the aged fish was delicious,

but this time, I felt that the fresh fish was more refreshing

and tasty.

(After all,,, taste is different from time to time,

so the evaluation seems to be quite subjective, lol)

Yulha Sushi 맛집 (Delicious Restaurant)

In particular, the sea bream sushi was very delicious,

and I ate the shrimp sushi, which I didn't get to eat because I gave it to my friend last time,

I could taste the unique mackerel flavor

that was salted in the shrimp.

It was quite unique. It tasted different

from ordinary shrimp sushi.

The friend I went with said

that mullet, shrimp, and eel

were the most delicious,

and I felt that salmon, sea bream, and flounder/bluefin tuna akami

were the most delicious. hbh

(Actually, they're all delicious, lol)

The bathroom was also clean, so it was nice

to wash my hands lightly and leave the store. hbh

The atmosphere of the store is comfortable and nice,

and above all, the configuration is quite

substantial for the price, the amount of shari is moderate,

and the neta is so soft

and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture,

I think I'm drawn to revisit it. hbh
