Visiting Aewol Samyukgong, I was greeted by a stunning view of the sea.
There was plenty of parking, so I could park comfortably.
Sitting by the window, gazing at the sea, and grilling meat...
It felt like all the fatigue of the day was melting away.
I went during the quiet morning hours, and the atmosphere was fantastic!
It's probably crowded with tourists during the day, but if you want to eat quietly and deliciously, I recommend going in the morning!

They use 100% Jeju black pork.
Especially when I ordered the aged assorted platter...
Different cuts were freshly grilled and served.

It was truly a happy time!
The black pork pork collar was especially tender and juicy, making it incredibly appealing.

There was also a secret to enjoying the meat even more deliciously!
Dipping it lightly in salt or wrapping it in seaweed enhanced the deep flavor of the meat.
Also, eating it with doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) was the best!
