A Visit to Manokamana in Songdo: My Honest Review (Paid for by Me!)

After watching Ilya Rashkovsky's performance at the Art Center, I was starving and stumbled upon an Indian restaurant called Manokamana.
I was relieved to see they were open until 10:30 PM, so I didn't have to rush.
We arrived close to 9 PM, so it wasn't crowded at all.
The owner was an Indian man who was quite reserved.
Not very friendly, haha.
I was happy that all the food came out at once.
That's a big plus for me!
Here's what we ordered:
- Butter Chicken Curry: ₩13,500
- Chicken Biryani: ₩12,000
- Chicken Tikka (Boneless Tandoori): ₩13,000
- Plain Naan: ₩3,000
I thought the 2-person set menu would be too much, so I ordered these dishes individually.
I always get the Butter Chicken Curry.
It's my favorite Indian curry! So delicious.
This was my first time trying the Chicken Biryani.
The spice blend might be a bit polarizing; it had cloves in it.
It tasted a bit like Chinese beef fried rice, so I enjoyed it.
I ate it all up, haha!
The usual side dishes you get at Indian restaurants...
Generic pickles and jalapenos, hahaha.
The Butter Chicken Curry was so good!
Boneless Tandoori Chicken...
Unfortunately, it was mostly dry, white meat, which I don't really like, hahaha.
The taste was average. The naan was too thick, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, the food was decent, and parking was available, but I probably wouldn't go back again.
