A Taste of Vietnam in Incheon: Pho Chin, A Hidden Gem in Sungui-dong!
Today, we're off to Sungui-dong to explore a Vietnamese pho restaurant! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Ta-da! This is Pho Chin, a pho 맛집 in Sungui-dong!!!
Pho Chin in Sungui-dong offers takeout! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The Baemin (delivery app) notifications were non-stop while we were eating! ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
The atmosphere is totally Vietnamese! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It feels like I'm in Vietnam!! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Yay!!
I've only been to Hanoi before the pandemic, and I really want to go back to Vietnam these days ㅠㅠㅠ I'm looking forward to a flavorful bowl of pho! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
My partner ordered the original flavor, and I wanted something spicy. Since I'm not a huge fan of spicy food, ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I chose the less spicy option!
Hehe, we're also going to try the shrimp cake (Tod Mun Kung) and whole shrimp tempura as a side dish! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Yay!
This is the interior of Pho Chin in Sungui-dong. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Even though it was around 2 PM, well past lunchtime, there were still customers! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
The restaurant felt so authentically Vietnamese that I asked if the owner was Vietnamese! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It really felt like I was in Vietnam!!!!!
The sauces at Pho Chin are special! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ They were different from other places, and sauces I'd never seen before! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ But it's a familiar taste we all know! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I love it! ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Yuhoo~

The broth is so rich and deep!!!! It's crazy ㅠㅠㅠㅠ The meat is tender and the noodles are cooked perfectly. Is this what real pho is???
And this is the spicy pho I ordered! ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I can't eat Shin Ramyun, but I can handle the spicy Jin Ramyun. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ Because I ordered the less spicy option, it was just right! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ This is it!!!
We love cilantro, so we put a ton in our pho! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I can't imagine pho without cilantro!!!
They also have Hanoi and Tiger beer, so I recommend this place for those who want to experience a truly Vietnamese atmosphere! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Hehe
Ah, I think I could eat ten of those whole shrimp tempura! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I used to eat french fries like crazy, so I don't usually eat fried food anymore. But this shrimp tempura is an exception^^^^ It's totally delicious! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ You guys have to order this side dish, remember!!!!
It's a secret that I even stole my partner's shrimp tempura.

Wow, it's the first time I've seen pho with beef tendon (suji)! I really like beef tendon ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I stole some and it was so delicious!!!! Next time I come, I'm going to try the original pho!!
