Finally visited the trendy 'Love, Peace, and Romance' spot in Seomyeon with my friends, thanks to Instagram!
The street in front of the restaurant is lined with outdoor seating, and the surrounding restaurants also have tables outside, creating a fantastic atmosphere in the evening!
I went on a weekday, and it was already packed, so we had a short wait before getting in.
We couldn't get a spot outside, so we sat inside.

It wasn't hard to find since it's located in the back alley of Seomyeon Sseolpa.
The sign had a unique vibe, different from other stores, so I took a look before going in, haha.
They prepare dishes with seasonal ingredients, and there were so many options on the menu that I had trouble deciding what to order. My friends suggested trying the duck bulgogi, so we started with that!
Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for the duck bulgogi since I recently went to Gaya Farm... But wow, this place served duck bulgogi at a professional level. The meat was tender and delicious, with no gamey smell!
We couldn't resist ordering fried rice...
I regret doubting them earlier...
We also ordered braised cod cheeks as a side dish!
I expected it to be similar to cod stew, but it was so chewy and flavorful, perfectly combined with the sauce. It was so delicious! The duck was great, but this was even better. I've decided to postpone my diet until tomorrow...
We were wondering what to order for our last dish when we saw they had whole steamed squid, so we ordered it, and I would have regretted it if we hadn't! It paired perfectly with soju, and eating a whole squid was so satisfying and delicious.
The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is great, and the staff are friendly, so we had a lot of fun! They have a lot of side dishes, so I'll have to try some next time!
