Hello, I'm Ravi!

I'm excited to introduce you to my favorite Mala Tang restaurant that I always visit whenever I have business near Yangjeong Station.

The fact that they give out free ice cream is a bonus!!

You definitely have to go, right?

Get off at Yangjeong Station Exit 2 and walk straight ahead, and you'll be greeted by the Chunri Mala Tang sign.

The bus stop is right in front, which is a plus for easy transportation!

Chunri Mala Tang Yangjeong branch is located on the 2nd floor.

The stairs aren't straight but spiral upwards, and there aren't many stairs, so it won't be too difficult to climb.

The price list is available at the counter and in the dining area, with large fonts for easy viewing.

The Mala Tang ingredients are diverse, and they look clean and fresh, so I end up filling my basket...😊

What's interesting is that the baskets here are huge, like the rice bowls of our ancestors, so it's like magic... I end up filling it to the brim! 😉

This Chunri Mala Tang Yangjeong branch has many single tables, and the multi-person seats are separated, so you won't have to make eye contact if you come to eat alone, which makes it less 부담스럽습니다.

I highly recommend dining alone here!

Also, the tables were very clean this time, unlike my previous visit when they were sticky.

This place gets a lot of deliveries! The delivery notification sounds are constantly ringing...

The owner even provided paper cups for the delivery drivers to quench their thirst. Such a thoughtful touch! 👍

I visited around 3 PM, and there were only two customers, including myself.

Finally, my Mala Tang arrived!

Ingredients: Lots of bean sprouts, noodles, New Jean noodles, lots of bok choy, potatoes, wood ear mushrooms, tofu skewers, etc.

And I added 3,000 won worth of lamb.

The total price came out to be around 17,000 won.

I chose spice level 1.

Spice level 1 is not too spicy and not too bland, just the right flavor.

The peanut sauce is rich, and the Mala broth is rich and savory, making it delicious.

They even played nostalgic K-pop songs from the 2010s, like Sistar and 2NE1.

While reminiscing about those days, I ate slowly, and the noodles got a bit bloated...😅

The potatoes, vegetables, and noodles are well-seasoned with the sauce.

What are the benefits of a Naver review?

If you leave a Naver receipt review, you can receive a bottled cola or cider instead of a canned drink!

Drinking a refreshing beverage while eating Mala Tang!

It's so refreshing! 👌

This place has free ice cream!

This is another reason why I come to Chunri Mala Tang Yangjeong branch despite living far away.

Free ice cream!

Flavors:

Vanilla, Strawberry (two types)

It tastes like the ice cream you can eat for free at shabu-shabu or Korean BBQ restaurants.

Ravi's Tip!

Mixing strawberry and vanilla makes it even more delicious! 👍

Recommended if you like a sherbet-like texture!

That's all for Ravi's Mala Tang visit review!

For those who live in Yangjeong or plan to visit Yangjeong,

Mala Tang enthusiasts,

Visit Chunri Mala Tang Yangjeong branch, where you can also eat ice cream!
