A Heartwarming Reunion with Friends and Delicious Loach Soup at Chuojeong Namwon Chueo-tang Gajwa Branch

It had been a while since I last saw my friends, so to celebrate our special day, we decided to visit Chuojeong Namwon Chueo-tang Gajwa Branch, located in Seo-gu, Incheon, to enjoy some delicious food.
This restaurant specializes in *chueo-tang* (loach soup), made with 100% Korean loach. I spent a long time considering where to go so that my friends and I could share this special dish together.
I was already excited at the thought of sharing warm *chueo-tang* with my old friends, laughing, and catching up.
As soon as I entered the restaurant, I noticed the fish tank filled with live loach.
The freshness was palpable, which made me even more excited. The restaurant itself was clean and pleasant.
The side dishes, including salad, *kkakdugi* (radish kimchi), fresh kimchi, and seasoned tofu, were neatly prepared. What's even better is that the self-service bar offered a variety of side dishes, allowing everyone to fully customize their meal to their liking.

At Chuojeong Namwon Chueo-tang Gajwa Branch, the side dishes weren't the typical, rough-and-ready fare you'd find at a run-of-the-mill Korean soup restaurant. They were clean and well-presented, which made the meal even more enjoyable.
I especially appreciated the fresh vegetables and the fact that the side dishes weren't too oily, making for a healthy meal.
It was great to fill our plates with our favorite side dishes and enjoy unique flavor combinations with my friends.

I don't think I've ever seen such a variety of side dishes before!
As soon as we started eating, the *chueo-tang*, made by simmering domestic loach for a long time, was served.
The broth was rich and savory. I added perilla seed powder, green chili peppers, minced garlic, and Sichuan pepper powder to my taste, which made the flavor even deeper and more enjoyable.
The fried loach, which we also ordered, wasn't tough at all, even when eaten whole with the bones. Its savory flavor enveloped my mouth.

My friends loved it too, and we kept sharing the taste and our impressions with each other.
To have a gathering in Seo-gu, Incheon, you need plenty of parking space, and Chuojeong Namwon Chueo-tang Gajwa Branch offers a large parking lot next to the restaurant with two hours of free parking, which was very convenient.
It was really nice to be able to meet my friends easily without worrying about parking.
After the meal, we enjoyed coffee and drinks at the dessert corner, which allowed us to chat and talk about our lunches without having to go anywhere else.

There's also a cafe area on the second floor, which was a great place to reminisce about our friendship and chat at our leisure.
The cafe, with its pretty interior, was perfect for a tea time with friends.
The nutritious *chueo-tang* and fried loach seemed especially suitable for replenishing energy during the summer.
My friends and I all felt good and energized after eating this health-boosting meal for lunch.

I was happy to be able to properly enjoy the taste of the friendship and love that my friends and I have built up together.
We all had a great time, enjoying the hot and rich *chueo-tang*, filled with conversation and laughter.
I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Chuojeong Namwon Chueo-tang Gajwa Branch!
The variety of side dishes, the neat atmosphere, the delicious *chueo-tang*, and the ample parking space were all very impressive.
