Take a whole chicken home with you!

Seriously. So. Lovely.

I bought a torch and made seared beef sushi (Torched Beef Sushi).

The kind of taste that makes you regret not buying it sooner.

Kong, waiting for Dad in the bathroom.

I don't really like beef bulgogi, but I made 1kg, so eat it all up!

???? Bupyeong Gopchang ( 곱창 - Korean Grilled Intestines)

A date in Nampo-dong with my Songi.

Gopchang is so delicious! The kind of taste that completely clogs your arteries.

???? Torigoya (Japanese Izakaya)

Went to Torigoya for the second round~ Talked about politics for two hours because it's election season ;;

I wonder why this picture is here.

Homemade Gamjatang (Korean Pork Bone Stew)!

Made it because someone wanted to eat Gamjatang.

Memo: From now on, make Gamjatang at home +

It takes a lot of time, but it's relatively easy!

You know fried rice is a must, right?

???? Sandeomi Sogalbi (Korean BBQ Short Ribs)

Went to see the last cherry blossoms and eat Sogalbi for a mini-anniversary.

It was a great value for the price.

???? Le Cesse (Cafe)

Successfully introduced my favorite Oncheoncheon cafe.

All the desserts are delicious, so if you go to Oncheoncheon, be sure to check it out~ Actually, it's so famous, everyone probably already knows.

Looking forward to next year's cherry blossom pictures.

Gelato waffles are a must at Waffle University.

Another failure at controlling the portion size for making Jjajangmyeon (Black Bean Noodles).

Let's eat hard.. this week is all about Jjajangmyeon.

Kept singing about wanting to eat salmon, so...

Someone made salmon sushi and salmon marinated in soy sauce, and even seared beef sushi with gobies (small fish) they caught themselves.

Having a home-cooked meal party every week lol.

???? Dureumi (Restaurant)

Finally came to Dureumi!

Arrived about 30 minutes before opening and got in right away.

Well, it just tastes like delicious pork belly.

I see people waiting in line for over an hour to get in... I don't think it's that worth it.

Maybe it's because I don't like waiting, but it's just a delicious meat restaurant in Jeonpo?

I would revisit if there's no waiting!

The Kimbap Jeon (Korean savory pancake made with Kimbap) is amazing.

???? Happy People (Bar/Pub)

Second stop: Jeonpo Happy People, picked by Songi.

Self-proclaimed claw machine master.

In the end, I was the only one who succeeded in winning one lol.

???? Ji Sung Ssi (Bar/Restaurant)

It's a bar I quite like in Seomyeon.

Memo: The barbecue and Toowoomba pasta here are so delicious, make sure to order both.

The barbecue melts in your mouth, you don't even need scissors~

???? Ilpoom Jang-eo (Eel Restaurant)

I don't really like eel, but this is the only eel restaurant in Ulsan that I enjoy.

It's super thick and boneless, so everyone should check it out ㅎㅎ.

???? Ex-Boyfriend Sundae (Sundae - Korean Blood Sausage)

Apparently, this is trending these days.

Someone bought it for me to eat as a snack while waiting for fishing~

The kimchi was the best.

???? Outdark (Fried Chicken Restaurant)

Outdark is where I always go when I want chicken and beer in Hadan.

A fulfilling April and May, let's eat a lot in June too!

Real Korea, Curated for Global Travelers

WassupKorea is a next-generation platform designed for foreigners who want to truly experience Korea — not just as tourists, but as locals. While countless Koreans have shared their daily lives, food experiences, and cultural tips through blogs, videos, and social media, much of this valuable content remains locked behind language barriers. WassupKorea solves this by collecting and curating high-quality local content and making it accessible to global audiences through real-time AI-powered translation. Instead of superficial recommendations, users gain access to authentic, first-hand stories — from hidden street food spots to weekend mountain hikes — written by Koreans for Koreans, now reinterpreted for the world.

AI-Powered Personalization, Translation, and Voice Interaction

What sets WassupKorea apart is its deep integration of artificial intelligence at the core of the platform. AI matches users with personalized content based on their language, nationality, and travel interests. Whether you're looking for vegan Korean food in Jeonju or part-time job tips in Seoul, the platform's smart engine brings the most relevant, timely posts to the forefront. Every piece of content — blog summaries, local guides, user comments — is instantly translated using advanced AI translators. Users can also listen to posts via natural-sounding voice AI in their own language. Real-time voice translation in community chats allows for live conversations between users from different countries. With voice synthesis, AI can even "learn" your voice preferences to create a more natural and immersive experience.

A Living Community Driven by Local Content and Global Connection

WassupKorea is more than just an information portal — it’s an AI-driven community hub that grows smarter as users interact. Travelers and residents alike can share their own content via links from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, or directly post on the platform. AI categorizes the content, suggests similar posts, and connects users with shared interests. Foreigners living in Korea can also access essential resources like visa tips, rental guides, job listings, and lifestyle hacks. As more content is generated and more interactions occur, the AI refines its recommendations — creating a dynamic feedback loop that benefits every user. WassupKorea bridges the gap between Korea’s deep local knowledge and the global audience eager to explore it, forming a smart, multilingual, and inclusive platform for everyone curious about life in Korea.
