After work, Park Chae-rang and I walked all the way to Sincheon. Finally, we visited Mashibul, a place I'd been curious about!

We ordered a set with three grilled eel pieces, soup, and rice balls. They set the table with the basics, and for anything else, we could use the self-service bar. Even the lettuce for wraps was self-service!

It had been a while since I had grilled eel, and it was delicious. Wrapping it in pickled vegetables and sesame leaves was so good. The rice balls were perfectly round; someone did a great job making them!

Of course, we had to start with somaek (soju and beer). We just had one soju and one beer each and took the bus home quickly. The walk there had worn us out! lol

따뜻한 추억

I went to Got Salad Dongin branch for the first time. It's pricey, but nothing beats it when it's hot.

평화로운 풍경

I went to Baekyeon near Dongdaegu Station with a colleague. The amount of raw fish was impressive. The taste was good, and turning it into a raw fish restaurant after selling the same dishes as RTT was a brilliant move!

When you order a full table set, you can choose one of three options, and we went with the steamed egg. It was perfectly seasoned and delicious.

After having raw fish at Kyoto Record, we went for yukhoe (raw beef)! I think we barely touched it and then went to a karaoke room for an hour before getting exhausted and taking the bus home. It was fun!

소중한 기억

Finally, I visited Yeonmakchang, which is rumored to be so delicious. It's opened near Dongdaegu Station, so I had to try it.

The price is... well, makchang (grilled pork intestines) prices these days are crazy expensive. Luckily, soju and beer were only 4000 won each.

It seems like everything good for you is on the walls! Since it's so famous, I had to try it. First, though, I needed a draft beer because it was so hot!

Do you like Sapporo draft beer? Yes, I love it!

You have to get kimchi and other side dishes from the self-service bar; they don't give them to you at first! We ordered three servings of the pre-grilled Yeonmakchang. I liked the touch of putting out tteok (rice cakes) that looked like makchang.

The appearance was a pass! I've heard so many people say Yeonmakchang is amazing, so delicious. It is good! But it's not worth waiting in line for hours. If you can get in right away, it's perfect to enjoy with soju. It seems like a ton of chains are popping up in Daegu, like Shabu All Day.

The Dongdaegu Station branch is a direct store, so the staff was friendly, and it was clean since it's newly opened. They even gave us a slushie at the end to finish things off.

Everyone has different tastes! But for me, Somunnan Makchang is still my top pick.

평화로운 풍경

That day was the ticket reservation day for DAY6's 10th anniversary. I felt sick from the morning, worried about what would happen if I couldn't get a seat... So, instead of jjajangmyeon (black bean noodles), I changed my lunch to poke. I thought, 'If I eat clean for lunch and succeed in getting tickets, I'll have mungtigi (raw beef) with soju!'

This time, the Yes24 system was absolutely terrible. Me and Hwangseo were kicked out right away, leaving only Ryu Da-gyeom. Just thinking about it makes my heart want to jump out. I couldn't believe I would get kicked out again even after being number 1 in the waiting list! LOL

But I overcame all the obstacles and succeeded! Ryu Da-jeongda-gam, because you were there, I am here. LOL

I'm going to Goyang! Somehow, I've been to the Gymnastics Stadium, Gocheok Sky Dome, and even Yeongjongdo. Now, I'm advancing to Goyang! Wait for me!

평화로운 풍경

Feeling great, I came to eat mungtigi and yukhoe. Bonghwa Saenggogi in Hyomok-dong is the best!

They changed from stew to grill. I like both! LOL After eating, we took the bus to the karaoke near Metro Palace. Hwang-ssi was enthusiastically waving the Breeze Mini light stick.

놀라운 광경

I met Hwangseo again that day. Why did we meet? We walked from Beomeo-dong to Sincheon Market and then to Gyodong. It was me! We were going to eat lamb chops but ended up wasting money on claw machines. And the restaurant wasn't even open... so we kept walking.

We were in front of a pizza place. There's always a wait here, but we didn't get unlucky this time. We waited for a short while before getting in. The Mentaiko Fries are good, but the fries are very thin, so you have to eat a handful to taste them. The pizza was freshly made and delicious, no need to say more! I tried the "new" pizza, and it had lots of arugula, just my style. I want to eat it again.

Next time, I'll definitely try PREP.

That day, we went to eat Chinese cold noodles, but there were no seats. We went to eat salad, but it was closed for vacation. We ended up having Jjimdak (braised chicken) set meal. The extremely spicy Jjimdak was delicious.

Finally, the opening day of SIX DAYS! I caught a taxi right after work and went to Hyundai Department Store CGV in Daegu. I met Park Chae, bought the DAY6 combo, and got Wonpil and Dowoon stickers! Pil went to Park Chae, and I got Dowoon. I made sure to pack Bbeuppeu-meol (Breeze Meal kit) when I went to work. This was all for one photo.

놀라운 광경

We also got the filmstrip photo card. It's so pretty! Review of the movie: Time flew by. The plot was a bit absurd, and the results were predictable, but the members were so beautiful! There were moments where I laughed, but it was fun. I want to go to a sing-along screening. I hope that, as Younghyun said, a DAY6 movie will be made in the distant future, with other actors playing the young and brilliant DAY6 members. I don't think it's necessary to watch it in 4D or ScreenX.

To enjoy the holidays, Park Chae and Hwangseo had a sudden get-together. It was a place I always just passed by, but Hwang-ssi wanted meat, so we found this restaurant. I thought it was just a regular meat restaurant, but it was a frozen pork belly restaurant. But it was surprisingly delicious!

They set the table with the basics, and you can use the self-service bar for anything else! The black stone grill looks strange. It's huge, and they provide bracken, water parsley, tofu, and kimchi. If you order a set, you can choose one of three options, and we picked tteoksam (rice cake wraps)! Many people eat kimbap jeon (kimbap pancake), but we skipped it.

The staff sets up the grill for you at first. The instructions on how to eat it deliciously are posted everywhere, so check them out when you go! They also provide a complimentary myeoljeot (anchovy sauce), served in a earthenware pot.

Hwangseo was a bit late. I was wondering why she was taking so long. It shouldn't take this long to get here... But I didn't curse. LOL I really didn't expect it, flowers and a cake! Thank you, Hwangseo and Park Chae!

We were going to light the candles at the second place, but we ended up not doing it and just feasting on seafood. The three of us were tired, so we took the bus home. The flowers are very fragrant and pretty. It's nice to receive them! LOL The cake was tragically destroyed by the hot summer weather. But as long as it tastes good! The chocolate must have been heavy. I came home and had a congratulations party!

Ugh, it's already 6 PM on the last day of the holidays... Next weekend is the legendary Dongwon family vacation. Let's go!
