A Fiery Feast: Summer BBQ at Yeonhui Bapsang

Experience a sizzling summer BBQ party at Yeonhui Bapsang with a flaming selection of dishes: Spicy Pork (Bul-Jeyuk), Pork Belly (Samgyeopsal), Spicy Duck Stir-fry (Ori-Jumulleok), Spicy Pork & Squid Stir-fry (O-Jeyuk), and Bulgogi (Soy Marinated Beef)!
Yeonhui Bapsang is a true hidden gem! Let me share my delightful dining experience with a friend.
I visited Yeonhui Bapsang after work, taking my time to enjoy the evening.
My first impression was a cozy and comfortable atmosphere! The savory aroma immediately made me feel good.
After pondering the menu, we decided on a mouthwatering combination of Spicy Pork (Bul-Jeyuk), Pork Belly (Samgyeopsal), Spicy Duck Stir-fry (Ori-Jumulleok), Spicy Pork & Squid Stir-fry (O-Jeyuk), and Bulgogi (Soy Marinated Beef)!
1. Spicy Pork (Bul-Jeyuk): A True Taste of Fire
The Spicy Pork was neatly sliced.
As soon as I took a bite, the smoky flavor burst into my mouth!
It could be a bit rich, but there's an escape! What if you eat it with Japchae (glass noodles)? Oh my god, a harmonious combination! The spiciness of the Bul-Jeyuk and the sweetness of the Japchae are a perfect match.
What makes the tenderness of the meat and the seasoning so captivating? It's a taste that makes you want to order it again and again.
2. Pork Belly (Samgyeopsal): The Equation in Simplicity
And then, the classic Pork Belly (Samgyeopsal)! But it's not just any Samgyeopsal.
The Pork Belly here is grilled with just the right amount of subtly melting fat, and crucially, it's lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, which upgrades the flavor! When you wrap the meat in lettuce and other greens and take a bite! Wow! A new savory taste explodes in your mouth.

What's the secret to its popularity? The texture, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, is so comforting!
3. The Charm of Spicy Duck Stir-fry (Ori-Jumulleok)
The Spicy Duck Stir-fry exceeded my expectations.
The aroma is genuine! It has the unique scent of duck meat, but the seasoning adds a sense of tenderness.
I didn't really like duck before, but after eating this, I changed my mind.

It was truly a new world! And you can't miss the Tofu Kimchi here! The mild taste of the tofu and the tangy taste of the kimchi complement each other perfectly.
In conclusion, Yeonhui Bapsang provides such a dining experience.
Delicious and comfortable dining is what a meal here feels like.
Each dish has its own personality, but I feel that they respect each other.
Side dishes such as black sesame lotus root salad and tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) create a well-rounded harmony, making it a menu that everyone can't help but love.

I've already added it to my list of places I definitely want to visit again.
I highly recommend you go too!
