A Family Dining Experience at Ashley Queens in Sanbon

After a long time, we decided to go out for a family meal and chose Ashley Queens at Lotte Fit-in Sanbon.
It's conveniently located right in front of Sanbon Station, making it easily accessible. Most importantly, the variety of menus makes it a perfect place for our family of four to enjoy a meal together.
It seems like we've been visiting Ashley for over 20 years now. Although prices have increased over the years, they still offer reasonable prices compared to today's standards, and their customer service has noticeably improved, which is why we visit often.
They have seasonal special menus that we find quite appealing.
Ashley Queens is located on the 8th floor of the Lotte Fit-in building at 485 Byeongyeong-ro, Gunpo, Gyeonggi-do. The restaurant operates from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Since we utilized the weekday dinner service, we paid upfront at the reception. You can also order additional items like New York stone steak and draft beer. The smell of steak from the next table was incredibly tempting, and I vowed to order one next time!
We visited around 7 PM on a weekday and were able to enter without any wait.
There was a sign in front of the restaurant explaining the Tomato & Basil menu. The waiting area had a note that Ashley Queens was named after 'Gone with the Wind's' Ashley. You can pay according to the number of people in your party before entering the dining area.
After finishing our meal, we simply settled our parking fees, which are free for the first three hours.
The interior of Ashley Queens is divided into sections A, B, and C. We were seated in section B. If you make a reservation in advance, you can choose a private room for a more intimate dining experience.
The spacious seating and high ceilings create a comfortable atmosphere for dining. The view of the city at night from the upper floors is also a plus.
The Tomato & Basil season event is currently running until April 19. If you post a picture of the new menu using the designated frame on Instagram, you can enter a draw for Ashley Queens meal vouchers. I recommend participating if you're interested!
At Ashley Queens, there are various food stations prepared by region. The salad and cold food zone, located near the entrance, features light starters, including a variety of fresh tomato dishes that stood out during the tomato season.
The highlight of my visit was the unlimited seasonal salty tomatoes, which were refreshing and a perfect palate cleanser before the main meal.
In the hot food and world cuisine zone, you can enjoy a variety of warm dishes from around the world, including Italian, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese tomato recipes.
The meat and hot dish zone is a must-visit for meat lovers, featuring dishes like basil salsa verde pork, which was impressively light and flavorful.
In the bread and bakery zone, I enjoyed a basil tomato cream cheese bagel, which was a delightful pairing with my meal.
Lastly, the beverage and dessert zone was a refreshing way to conclude our meal, especially with the basil tomato aid that added a unique twist to the usual drinks.
Overall, our family of four had a satisfying dining experience, with everyone enjoying their preferred dishes, whether Korean or Western. The variety and ambiance made it a perfect family outing.
