A Delightful Golf and Dining Experience

I've recently taken up golf as a hobby.
This weekend, I went to Bear's Best C.C. with my friends.
It was my first time at the Cheongna location, and I found the facilities quite pleasant.
As dinner time approached, we decided to head to a nearby restaurant known for its delicious offerings.
The restaurant specializes in aged Korean beef and has a luxurious atmosphere that I really enjoyed.
They were also running a special event offering raw beef tartare as a service due to their recent renovation.
We parked for free in the lot nearby and walked just a minute to enter the restaurant.
It operates daily from noon to 11 PM without a break, making it convenient for visitors.
As I was dressed in golf attire, I appreciated having a place to hang my coat, with covers and hangers provided at the entrance.
The restaurant has both private rooms and an open hall, with partitions installed in the hall for a more private dining experience.
The decor includes a moonlight-themed lighting fixture that beautifully complements the dark interior, creating a luxurious ambiance.
It was evident that they had put a lot of thought into the renovations, especially the comfortable seating.
The aged beef was a highlight, aged for 420 hours, and I was excited to taste it.
They also provide customer conveniences such as emergency medicine, aprons, gift cards, blankets, and chargers, which you can request if needed.
We ordered two cuts of beef: tenderloin and flank steak, and the basic setup was promptly prepared for us.
The variety of condiments included Himalayan pink salt, wasabi, whole grains, herring roe, and homemade basil pesto.
The side dishes, including seasoned vegetables and kimchi, paired perfectly with the meat.
The potato salad, shaped like a cute ice cream scoop, was creamy and delicious, making it a hit with everyone.
The kimchi had a pleasantly spicy kick that complemented the meal.
The high-quality beef cuts we ordered were visually stunning, and the marbling was exceptional.
As the staff grilled the beef for us, the aroma was mouthwatering.
The tenderloin, known for its low fat and tenderness, is a rare and premium cut that commands a higher price.
Cooked to a perfect medium-rare, the beef was juicy and flavorful.
I enjoyed it with grilled zucchini, ginkgo skewers, and king oyster mushrooms.
The natural flavors of the beef were enhanced with just a touch of pink salt.
We also tried the flank steak, which was rich and flavorful, making for a delightful combination.
To finish, we enjoyed a bowl of beef stew that was rich and hearty.
We concluded our meal with a cup of tea, and everyone left satisfied.
