A Delightful French Grocery Experience in Busan

While searching for dining options during my trip to Busan, I stumbled upon 'Boulangerie Grocery' and decided to give it a try. It definitely piqued my interest!
The exterior and interior of Boulangerie Grocery are quite unique. The distinctive building facade and interior create a wonderful ambiance perfect for enjoying wine. It is recommended to make a reservation as they don't have many tables. Orders are placed via tablet at your table.
I ordered the Napa Cabbage Jambon Gratin, and the texture of the Napa cabbage and the sauce's flavor harmonized beautifully, making it a perfect complement to the wine.

The Jambon Beurre, their signature dish, featured an incredibly crispy and delicious baguette. I was concerned the butter might be too rich, but it was surprisingly mild, not salty, and very smooth. They import most of their ingredients from France, which seems to contribute to the high quality.
The Smoked Salmon Salad also paired perfectly with the sparkling wine I ordered. The salmon was fresh, and the dressing was delicious.

I enjoyed a Crémant, which was a wine from the Rhône region. The grape varietals, including Aligoté, were different from those typically used in other sparkling wines, making it unique and enjoyable.
Boulangerie Grocery is located in Gwangalli. After a delicious dinner, I even bought extra baguettes to take out. I'll definitely visit again the next time I'm in Busan.
