A Delightful Date at Se-Meal: Pasta and Pizza Heaven in Seongsu!

Date night with a friend after a long time!
While searching for a good pasta place near Seongsu Station, I discovered Se-Meal in Seongsu.
It's known for its great atmosphere and high-quality food, including gnocchi, pasta, pizza, and wine.
Seongsu Se-Meal (SE MEAL)
Address: 48-2, Seongsuil-ro 4-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, 1st floor (Seongsu-dong 2-ga)
Hours: Daily 11:30 AM - 12:00 AM
Reservations: Available on Naver
I made a reservation on Naver, but because I arrived earlier than my reserved time, I was lucky enough to be seated right away. It was Se-Meal!
Even on a late weekday, the place was packed! If I had arrived just a little later, I would have had to wait until my reservation time.
I highly recommend making a reservation if you're visiting on the weekend. The inside is smaller than you might expect, so there could be a wait. You can sign up for the waiting list using the machine in front.
I found this place while searching for a good pasta restaurant in Seongsu, and I visited after reading many reviews on blogs.
The dim lighting and calm atmosphere were lovely, making it a great spot for a date or even a blind date!
Seongsu Se-Meal Menu
They offer a variety of delicious dishes, including pasta, gnocchi, rice, fries, pastry pizza, salads, and bowls.
For drinks, they have beer, sangria, highball, ades, and wine.
We ordered the Pastry Half & Half Rucola & Cornfield Pizza and the Roasted Pork Belly Tuvumba Pasta.
(Don't forget to participate in the Naver review event to get a free ade!)
First to arrive was the Strawberry Ade.
This ade was free through the Naver review event, and it was so big and had so much in it that I couldn't finish it! It was full of strawberries, making it sweet, sour, and refreshing.
It's so delicious and sweet, so be sure to write a review and get a free ade!
The Tuvumba Pasta was amazing, with a slightly spicy yet rich cream sauce.
The generously sized, well-roasted pork belly on top was fantastic with the pasta.
Plus, there was plenty of bacon, so the portion was quite large; one plate of pasta was enough to make me feel full.
The roasted pork belly and spicy, creamy sauce made this one of the most delicious and satisfying pasta dishes I've had in a long time.
I was really looking forward to the Pastry Pizza!
Actually, I was debating between Seongsu Se-Meal & other restaurants, but I wanted to try the pastry pizza, so I came here.
I've had regular dough pizza many times, but I can't resist pizza on pastry...
-Extra Quattro Cheese
-Sweet Potato
-Cornfield
-Chorizo Pepperoni
-B.T.D Rucola
You can order a whole pizza with a total of 5 different flavors, or you can try it half & half.
(There are a total of 8 slices, and it's so delicious, so be sure to order it!)
It seems like most people order it as a half-and-half pizza?
The Cornfield pizza, with its amazing combination of corn and cheese, was so delicious!
The pastry was loaded with corn and cheese, making it truly delicious.
If you love corn, be sure to order this! You won't regret it!
BTD Rucola Pizza, which I order 8 out of 10 times when I order pizza.
It is topped with a generous amount of various vegetables and sauces, such as rucola, tomatoes, and thick bacon, on pastry.
Personally, I can't resist rucola pizza, but I think Seongsu Se-Meal's Cornfield is the best.
Finally, Tiramisu for dessert.
The amount of food was so much that I was really full, but I couldn't resist trying the tiramisu for dessert.
It was incredibly sweet and soft, and I ate it all the way to the last bite.
I had delicious food with my friend and completed our date!
Even on a weekday, the hot place was crowded with people. It was!
It has been a while since I visited Seongsu Station, and I noticed that there were more delicious restaurants and pop-up stores.
If you're wondering what to do on your weekend date, visit Se-Meal, a delicious pizza restaurant!
