A Delicious Korean BBQ Experience at Seolmundong Bon Galbi (Sangnok-gu Branch) in Ansan

Today, I'd like to introduce you to Seolmundong Bon Galbi, Sangnok-gu branch, a rising star among Ansan Sadong restaurants. I'm sharing my review after visiting this place.
Seolmundong Bon Galbi's Sangnok-gu branch is located near E-Pyeonhansesang Sangnok Apartment in the Daengigol Food Street area.
There's parking space for about two cars in front of the restaurant. Also, there were plenty of parking spots in the residential area behind the building.
Even though I visited on a Friday evening, I was able to park easily and visit.
I checked out the blog before visiting, and the restaurant was much larger than I expected!
Plus, as you can see, each table has a ventilation system.
Even though the restaurant was large and crowded, there was less of a barbecue smell, which was great.
Another good thing was that there are partitions between tables, so you don't have to worry about other tables, making it more comfortable to eat.
The restaurant also has many baby chairs, so families with babies can eat comfortably.
There's also a separate room-like space, so if you're visiting for a family gathering or group meeting, I recommend making a reservation.
We made a reservation before visiting, and they had set the table neatly in advance, so we could start eating right away, which saved us time.
They also provide a lot of side dishes as a base, and there are even more vegetables at the self-bar, so you can easily grab them and enjoy!
Looking at the Seolmundong Bon Galbi menu, the main dish is pork galbi, but there are also pork neck and pork belly options.
If you're coming as a family, ordering a set menu would be a good choice.
If you're visiting in the evening, meat is the main focus, but if you're visiting for lunch, they have meal options like beef tartare bibimbap, seafood soft tofu stew, and stir-fried octopus with rice.
It's great to visit anytime, whether it's lunchtime or dinnertime.
Seolmundong Bon Galbi is offering a free "Wrap-it-Yourself Cream Pasta" if you participate in a simple review event.
It's a dish worth 8,000 won!

First, I put a piece of pork galbi on the grill~
While the pork galbi is grilling, I'll have a bite of the "Wrap-it-Yourself Cream Pasta" first~
The cream sauce is smooth and savory.
It also contains bacon and mushrooms, making it a proper cream pasta!
I'm proud that my baby enjoyed eating it. Since it's called "Wrap-it-Yourself Cream Pasta," I should put the cream pasta on top of the lettuce I brought from the self-bar~
Eating it with fresh lettuce adds the crispness of the vegetables to the smoothness of the pasta, making it a refreshing and unique combination!
While I was eating the pasta, the pork galbi was cooked to some extent.
The aroma of the meat grilling over charcoal filled the air, making my mouth water even before I ate it!
The sound of the meat grilling is so good, and the pork galbi is well marinated with cuts in it~
Since it's marinated, it can burn easily, so don't let your guard down when grilling the meat!

The pork galbi is juicy, and the seasoning is not too strong, so it's not overwhelming!
The sweet and savory pork galbi is tender, so the baby eats it well!
Another key menu item at Seolmundong Bon Galbi is the "Wrap-it-Yourself Tortilla."
Grill the tortilla lightly on the grill and wrap it with the pork galbi for another special treat.
It's also delicious to eat it the original way, wrapped in lettuce with garlic, green onion salad, and ssamjang!
I now understand why Seolmundong Bon Galbi is famous as a pork galbi restaurant in Ansan Sadong!!!
Seolmundong Bon Galbi's Sangnok-gu branch is perfect even for dessert.
For dessert, there were refreshing and digestive pomegranate tea, plum tea, and coffee.
There's also three-flavored ice cream and puffed rice, which kids love. Everyone knows how delicious it is to put ice cream on puffed rice~
This was my first visit to Seolmundong Bon Galbi, known as a pork galbi restaurant in Ansan Sadong. The restaurant was clean and spacious, making it great for family gatherings or group visits.
The menu composition and price are also good, making it a place I would definitely revisit!!!
