A Delicious Galbi Experience in Andong: Haneulso Restaurant Review

Hello!
Today, I want to recommend a galbi restaurant located in Beobheung-dong, Andong.
You might think of Andong as being famous for Jjimdak (braised chicken), but Andong is also known for its galbi (grilled ribs)!
There's even a Galbi Street, but I searched on Naver and chose a place that looked clean and delicious.
That place is Andong Haneulso.

First of all, I loved that the parking lot was huge!
I went without a reservation, but there were seats available. I was seated and it seemed like there were many private rooms, and the inside was spacious!
Here's the menu. Initially, I was going to order 2 servings of raw galbi (saeng galbi) and 2 servings of marinated galbi (yangnyeom galbi). But the staff told me that if I ordered 3 servings of one type, I would get galbijjim (braised short ribs) as a service. So, I ordered 3 servings of marinated galbi and 1 serving of raw galbi!
When you order, these side dishes come out.
This is 3 servings of marinated galbi.
And this is 1 serving of raw galbi!
Both the marinated and raw galbi were delicious!
But I preferred the marinated one!
So I ordered 2 more servings of the marinated galbi and also ordered doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew). Then, soon after, the galbijjim came out!
Korean cabbage also came out, so I asked, "Does this come out with the galbijjim originally?" and they said yes. So I thought, 'Oh, then this also comes out, and the doenjang jjigae too'. But the doenjang jjigae didn't come out.
This is the additional 2 servings that I ordered, and they gave me ones with bones attached!
After eating everything and paying, here's the price!
I enjoyed the meal so much! I was a little disappointed with the flavor of the galbijjim and the Korean cabbage doenjang jjigae, but the taste of the meat was truly the best!
