There are tissues and pepper on the table. Personally, I think pepper is the highlight of frozen pork belly! Sprinkle it generously before eating.
The basic side dishes were set out. They were neatly and elegantly presented. Kimchi, bracken (gosari), and bean sprouts are amazing when grilled in the pork belly fat, you know? Try grilling them on the lower part of the grill.
They also provide water dropwort (minari), lettuce, and peppers. The water dropwort had a wonderful fragrance. Try eating it with the grilled frozen pork belly near Wangsimni Station.

We received a bowl of rice with the seafood soft tofu stew. You have to eat carbs with meat, right? It's great for dinner or as an appetizer with drinks.
It's a seafood soft tofu stew with a clean flavor. It even had my favorite squid in it, which was great. The chewy texture of the squid was great, and you could also feel the bouncy texture of the shrimp. The broth was rich and very delicious. The soft texture of the soft tofu was also wonderful.^^
The steamed egg was also very soft and delicious. It would be great to come here after work with colleagues for a drink.
Personally, I think Ottogi pepper is the best. Try sprinkling it generously when you eat frozen pork belly near Wangsimni Station. It's delicious.

Place the water dropwort, bean sprouts, kimchi, and bracken on the bottom of the grill and cook them together. It's even more delicious when you eat them together.
Frozen pork belly itself is thin, so the meat cooks really quickly, which is great. I personally like to eat it crispy, and it's even better because it cooks quickly.
Try wrapping it in grilled water dropwort and bracken. The bracken was even more delicious when grilled on the grill. The aroma of the water dropwort was also wonderful.
And meat is always best when wrapped in fresh vegetables. I wrapped the frozen pork belly in fresh lettuce with ssamjang (Korean spicy dipping sauce) and peppers. It was delicious as always.^^
Why is grilled garlic so delicious? It's also good for your health, so try grilling garlic and eating it together.
