This isn't Poyu, but on my way here, I was captivated by a noodle maker's shop and spent quite some time watching.
They make soba noodles and broth from scratch every day, and it looked incredibly delicious.
I've already checked this place off my food bucket list for next time.
And then there's Poyu!
The dishes are elegant and quite unique.
I ordered the beef pho, which was clean and tasty.
My friend ordered a dish that included an egg, making it look even more appetizing.
The restaurant was quiet and tidy, providing a truly healing experience.
