A while ago, while wandering around Konkuk University with a friend, we stumbled upon a real gem: 60-Year Tradition Sinchon Hwangso Gopchang, Konkuk University Branch. To be honest, I sometimes find 곱창 (Gopchang, Korean grilled small intestines) a bit overwhelming, but this place was different.

As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by a clean and inviting atmosphere, and the subtle aroma of gopchang grilling really whetted my appetite.
