A Day of Delicious Delights: Tea, Sukiyaki, and a Sweet Park Adventure in Gangnam!

Hello, it's Mundeuk Happiness! ^^
I went to Gangnam with my sister for a weekday afternoon date! First stop, Tea House Ilji Yangjae, located in Yangjae.
There's a park nearby, and it's so pretty! Plus, it was a late weekday afternoon, so it was nice and quiet :)
At Tea House Ilji, you can watch them brew and prepare the tea right in front of you! Hehe
It was easy to visit because parking is available.
The owner does everything himself, and he was really kind, explaining the different teas in detail without being overbearing. There was also a class space inside!
I visited that day with my sister as part of her reel experience, and it was better than expected! Matcha is so popular these days...and they made a matcha latte right there!
It was perfectly sweet and delicious! The harmony of bitterness and subtle sweetness...so good.
They also gave us a pineapple cake, which was a real treat! I thought it would be great as a gift.
We ordered Phoenix Dancong Song Zhong, a type of oolong tea! It's a bit pricey, but there's quite a bit in the teapot, so it was nice to share between the two of us.
The aroma was amazing! When I was having trouble deciding, they gave me a description and even provided a paper with information about the tea.
I wish the view from the outside of the store had been a little better, but...it would be nice to have a cup of tea here and then take a walk along Yangjaecheon Stream.
Then, we headed to the Express Bus Terminal area for dinner! We parked nearby and walked.
The fresh flowers in the underground shopping center were so pretty! Hehe
This was my first time here, and there was a House of Shinsegae! It was so luxurious...
It hasn't been open for long, so it's very stylish, modern, and clean!
Even on a weekday, there were a lot of people...I can only imagine what it's like on the weekends.
We came here to eat at HON House of Shinsegae, a shabu-shabu restaurant (my second experience).
It was nice that we could try both sukiyaki and shabu-shabu!
They had Kansai-style sukiyaki and clear shabu-shabu...and they slice the meat thinly to order.
I got to see them slicing the meat right in front of me! Hehe. There's bar seating and table seating.
It would be a great place for a family gathering, meeting between families before marriage, invitation gatherings, or a date :)
It was my first time trying sukiyaki, and it was so charming! I want to come back here and eat sukiyaki again. Hehe
The meat was expensive, but the quality was definitely different! But it's so expensive, I probably won't be able to go unless it's a special occasion...ㅠㅡㅠㅋㅋ
If you get off at the Express Bus Terminal Station, it's connected to the Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam branch, so you can go directly there.
On the B1 floor, in Sweet Park, there are so many trendy dessert restaurants and bakeries.
I was seriously overwhelmed...there were so many different kinds of bread, and the visuals were great, and there were a lot of breads with decent prices, so I highly recommend it for a Seoul bakery tour!
Brauter is in the Gangnam Shinsegae Department Store, and pretzels seem to be their main thing! The store was small and separate, but there were tables inside and they also sold drinks.
Usually, the breads are displayed like this so you can see them right away! The one you see above is the French Louvre Baguette.
There are a lot of unusual-looking breads, and they pile them up high, so the visuals definitely catch your eye.
There were a lot of my favorite types of bread here, and the prices didn't feel too cheap or too expensive.
I wanted to try this white roll the most, but the price wasn't listed separately? I think they'll cut it for you if you ask.
This is Sans Coffee in the Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam branch, and they say they can make coffee flavor with tea?!...
It would be great for pregnant women who can't have caffeine!
Tissue bread is popular these days...I see it often when I go to bakeries! It's a common type of bread, but it's very pretty. Hehe. It feels luxurious.
This is Chiffle, and their soufflé cheesecake looked so delicious!
It looked good for packaging and gifting! The price is...19,000 won for 4.
This is a bakery called Levan Rules, and my sister bought a few ciabattas. It was nice that you could sample them!
Sampling subtly induces purchases. Hehe. There are so many different bakeries here and so many choices, so I thought it was a stroke of genius to let people sample the bread.
It's plain and delicious! It feels like healthy bread. Hehe
This is Sizenique, and their cake visuals are seriously amazing...They made a cake using seasonal fruits like peaches and figs, and they say the cake has a design patent.
A fig cake with a collapsing visual...If you like figs, you'll probably enjoy it a lot! Lol
Especially since it's in season these days, so it's probably very sweet and delicious :)
Thank you for stopping by today!! Have a happy and peaceful evening~~ Thank you in advance for your likes & comments!! Hehe
