A Culinary Delight: Fresh Seafood at Jeju Hanpan Raw Fish Restaurant (Sanbangsan Branch)

During a business trip to Jeju Island, I stumbled upon Jeju Hanpan Raw Fish Restaurant's Sanbangsan branch.
Turns out, it's a local's favorite, and the fresh seafood was truly impressive.
Three of us ordered the 'Luxury Dombe Hanpan' platter, and it was a feast for both the eyes and the palate, brimming with an assortment of fresh raw fish, mantis shrimp sashimi, and mackerel sashimi.
The mackerel sashimi, in particular, was outstanding when paired with the 5-year aged sauce – a truly flavorful experience!
The restaurant prides itself on using only the freshest ingredients, and you can taste the difference in every bite.

I was told that all dishes are prepared with ingredients sourced fresh daily and available in limited quantities, which only added to my confidence in their quality.
Apparently, making a reservation ensures you can savor the dishes you desire, so I'll definitely be booking in advance next time.
