The menu prominently features meat noodles, which are served in individual portions. The side dishes are also reasonably priced, making them perfect for sharing.
After a short wait, our food arrived, beautifully arranged and incredibly appetizing. The portions were so generous that it felt like a feast.
To start, we tried the rib dumplings, which were moist and fragrant, reminiscent of being freshly steamed. The savory flavor and chewy texture were quite satisfying, with the thin dumpling skin bursting with rich juices that made it addictive.
Next, we finally tasted the warm meat noodles. The broth, enriched with meat, carrots, and seaweed, looked hearty from the start. The rich flavor of the broth paired perfectly with the chewy noodles, creating a delightful balance.
The vegetable toppings added a refreshing touch, making it enjoyable until the last bite. The ingredients were cut generously, adding to the overall texture, which showed attention to detail.
We also enjoyed homemade kimchi, served fresh and crunchy, complementing the warm meat noodles beautifully.
The meat soup was another highlight, served in a stone pot filled with fresh green onions and generous portions of meat, making it look even more hearty.
The meat was cut thick for easy bites, perfect for enjoying with the hot rice. The deep broth was rich and flavorful, with the seasoning just right.
A spicy dipping sauce was served separately, allowing us to adjust the heat to our liking. The subtle spiciness added a delightful kick that enhanced the flavors as we ate.
Pairing it with radish kimchi or regular kimchi made for a refreshing experience. The combination of the rich broth and refreshing side dishes made the meal even more enjoyable.
Lastly, we tried the dodeori-muk, which had a generous portion, making it a filling dish on its own. Its mild flavor made it easy to enjoy without any reservations.
The aroma of perilla oil added a lovely touch, enhancing the overall umami taste and making each bite enjoyable.
The combination of the noodles and vegetables added a delightful texture, and it was so good that we scraped the bottom of the bowl.
