A Business Meeting at Namdo Yechan: A Taste of Korean Fine Dining
During the last holiday, I visited Namdo Yechan, a traditional Korean restaurant in Suwon, for a scheduled business meeting.
Since the discussions were quite important, it was essential to have a quiet atmosphere for dining.
All seats here are arranged in private rooms, which put my mind at ease during the visit.
The location is excellent, situated on the first floor of Gwanggyo Avenue France, making it convenient for business meetings, family gatherings, and important events.
The staff were very friendly, and I was satisfied with the variety of neatly presented traditional Korean dishes in a calm environment.
As expected from a fine dining restaurant, they offered a range of exquisite dishes.
We decided to order a course menu to sample various dishes.
The menu featured seasonal dishes, enhancing the joy of dining.
I appreciated the variability in the menu, which kept me curious about what would be served next.
For formal occasions, they recommended the traditional course, while the Namdo course was available in three variations.
As we sat in our room, fresh dishes were being prepared, allowing us to enjoy the surroundings and discuss important business matters.
The spacious venue can accommodate up to 80 people, making it ideal for those seeking a private setting.
Despite being an enclosed space, large windows provided a sense of openness, letting in soft sunlight and offering a beautiful view.
The ambiance was calming, making it a delightful experience.
On that day, we ordered the Namdo Yechan course, saving the Namdo course for a family visit in the future.
The table was set with elegant tableware, making us feel well-treated.
The course dishes were diverse, and the menu was well-structured, leaving no room for complaints.
We enjoyed fresh sashimi, salad, beef pancakes, and grilled fish, along with various other delicacies, all beautifully presented.
The sashimi was exceptionally fresh, showcasing high quality, while the textures of the fish melted in the mouth.
The atmosphere was clean and sophisticated, and the food menu was outstanding.
The soft lighting and neat setting were perfect for the occasion.
Overall, it was a successful business meeting, and everyone seemed pleased with the choice of venue.
I look forward to returning for future important gatherings.
