SAMG Entertainment's Stock Soars After BLACKPINK Lisa Posts About 'Hatchupping'

Shares of SAMG Entertainment, the production company behind 'Teenieping,' surged on the morning of the 24th. This appears to be due to BLACKPINK's Lisa posting a photo of 'Hatchupping' merchandise on her social media.
As of 11:00 AM on the 24th, SAMG Entertainment's stock was trading at ₩62,300 (approximately ¥6,630 at the current exchange rate) on the KOSDAQ market, up 20.27% from the previous day. Earlier in the day, the stock price had risen as high as ₩64,900 (approximately ¥6,910), a surge of 25.29%.
BLACKPINK member Lisa posted several photos on her Instagram the previous day showing her using a Hatchupping grip tok (a grip for smartphones).
Hatchupping is a character from SAMG Entertainment's animated series 'Catch! Teenieping.' Lisa has 100 million followers on Instagram. It is analyzed that the stock price soared due to a surge in buying as investors anticipated a natural promotional effect.
Previously, when Lisa posted a photo on Instagram of a Labubu doll keychain, a representative character of Pop Mart in China, searches for Labubu surged, and the resale price of Labubu rose to about 30 times the original price, leading to an explosive increase in sales.
