Comedian Im Lalla Hospitalized in ICU After Giving Birth to Twins
Comedian and YouTuber Im Lalla (36) has been hospitalized in the intensive care unit (ICU) due to health complications following the birth of her twins.
Im Lalla's husband, comedian Son Min-soo, shared the news on his social media on the 23rd, stating that Lalla experienced severe bleeding and was transferred to the emergency room before being admitted to the ICU. He wrote, "It must be scary for Lalla to be alone, but I can't be by her side either, and there's nothing I can do. Please pray for Lalla's healthy recovery."
Son Min-soo added, "Since it's the ICU, guardians aren't allowed to stay with her, so I'm just waiting. All I can do is pray. I would like to thank the 119 paramedics once again for helping us quickly transfer her to the emergency room." Previously, the 'Enjoy Couple' YouTube channel community announced, "Lalla's condition suddenly deteriorated, so we won't be able to post the birth video as planned today. We will see you as soon as she recovers."
Im Lalla gave birth to twins on the 14th. Son Min-soo shared at the time, "Thanks to everyone's support, Tuki (nickname) at 3240g and Raki (nickname) at 2770g were born healthy. Lalla is resting due to bleeding." Before giving birth, Im Lalla had been sharing updates on her condition while receiving treatment for pregnancy-related itching. Im Lalla confessed, "My belly doesn't shrink quickly even after giving birth. It's frustrating, but I endure it because the babies are so cute."
