Exploring Music Complex Seoul: A Unique Indoor Experience

Hello, everyone! This is Dr. Hong, and I'm excited to share my journey on Day 8 of my blog.
This weekend, I visited a fantastic place that I can't wait to recommend: Music Complex Seoul!
Despite being a bit intimidated by the red lighting, this venue offers both coffee and beer, making it a perfect space for families and couples alike.
You can find it just a 6-7 minute walk straight from Exit 3-1 of Jonggak Station or about 3 minutes from Exit 6 of Anguk Station, located near the famous Ssamzigil.
Music Complex Seoul is situated on the 5th floor of a building called 'Hello Insadong.'
Once you step inside, the retro atmosphere and stylish lighting will instantly excite you!
The entry fee is 22,000 KRW per person, which includes unlimited time and drinks. If you prefer non-alcoholic options, there are juices, coffee, and tea available for free!
If you're feeling hungry, you can also order some light snacks. I opted for mango and pomegranate juices and settled into my seat.
Each table has a turntable, and I felt like I had the whole place to myself!
Now, it's time for a little treasure hunt! The LPs are organized by stickers, and as a rock fan, I focused on the gray stickers while also looking for new LPs with yellow stickers.
Once I found a few, I headed back to my seat to listen!
Tip: The most popular records are located near the counter!
There were many foreigners enjoying the music after exploring Ssamzigil.
I spent about two hours listening to music from 8 PM to 10 PM, enjoying the unlimited time the venue offers.
As I searched for LPs, I discovered many cute and emotional points within the space.
The retro and hip vibe was palpable, making my mango juice an absolute must-try! I noticed others enjoying beer, which looked appealing.
In this delightful atmosphere, I not only listened to music but also discovered new songs while enjoying the unique sound from the turntables.
Before leaving, I found a private listening room that requires a reservation, perfect for families or groups of friends to enjoy music together.
Even while waiting for the elevator, there were little moments of joy to experience!
Today, I visited Music Complex, a space located in Insadong, Seoul, ideal for solo visitors, couples, and groups alike.
Thank you for reading today! I appreciate all your comments and hearts. While I'm still new to this, I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn from each of you.
Here are some memorable images from my visit:
