A Family Evening Stroll Through Insadong and Gwanghwamun

I used to visit Ssamziegil in Insadong when I was a college student, but it felt different experiencing it with my children!
We took the subway to get to Seoul.
Since we live on Line 3, we got off at Anguk Station (Line 3) and headed out Exit 6 to walk along Insadong Culture Street.
It seems like it's such an AI-driven world these days.
Around 5 PM, it wasn't as crowded as I remember.
We wandered around, taking in the sights.
Snapping photos here and there!
We also took pictures and played a 뽑기 (random 뽑기 game) at the Friends store on the first floor. The kids were so excited!
Time to head into Ssamziegil!
Maybe because Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving) is coming up, they had set up traditional games to try out.
Since it was a weekday, it wasn't too crowded, so we could enjoy the activities comfortably.
After a quick look around Ssamziegil,
it was past 7 PM and the sun was beginning to set, so we walked towards Gwanghwamun.
We saw the Seoul City Tour Bus.
There were so many foreigners, and lots of people wearing hanbok (traditional Korean dress)!
They have a nighttime opening, but we hadn't made reservations, so we just looked around from the outside.
Reservations were already fully booked, but if you wear hanbok, you can enter for free!
That concludes our evening outing! Time to head home.
We walked 12,000 steps just on this evening outing!
