We are pleased to announce to the youth of Sinan County that applications for the "2026 Jeonnam-Gwangju Youth Cultural Welfare Card Support Project" have begun!
Each individual can receive up to 250,000 KRW annually.
The Youth Cultural Welfare Card can be used for various cultural activities such as performances, exhibitions, movies, and books. Make sure to apply!
Application Period: August 3, 2026 - August 31, 2026
* Applications are accepted continuously during the period.
Eligibility:
Youth who have resided in the 22 cities and counties of Jeonnam-Gwangju for over two years.
1. Must have continuously resided since before August 3, 2024.
2. Born between 1998 and 2007.
Exclusions:
- Employees of public institutions receiving welfare points.
- Recipients of educational allowances for out-of-school youth.
- Recipients of vouchers for female farmers and fishermen.
Support Amount:
Up to 250,000 KRW per person annually.
* Reapplication is required every year.
Usage Period:
From the card issuance date until December 31, 2026.
* Unused amounts within the year will expire.
Application Methods:
- In-person: Visit your local administrative office based on your registered address.
- Online: Through the NongHyup Card website.
