Back in July, Youngdeok Working Day Part 1 took place, focusing on rural life in Youngdeok. For 2 nights and 3 days, young participants explored various parts of Youngdeok, experiencing rural life firsthand. Let's hear their stories! ✨
❓ What was the most satisfying moment?
👨🌾 “The village riding was the best. Although it was a bit hot, I enjoyed seeing the beautiful scenery all over Youngdeok.”
👨🍳 “The peach picking experience and trying various Youngdeok foods! I realized that Youngdeok has more delicious food than I thought.”
👨🌾 “I was happy to pick peaches myself for the first time and take them home to eat.”
👩💻 “Visiting Blank Music Stay was impressive. I could feel what the young people staying in Youngdeok actually want to create, and it was so hip that I wanted to go again.”
👩💻 “I was most satisfied with interacting with entrepreneurs who settled in Youngdeok and enjoying performances.”
👨🌾 “It was great to be able to talk to people from different regions and fields.”
❓ What was the most memorable moment?
👩💻 “Blank Music Station! It was touching to see young people growing their dreams in a place without sufficient infrastructure.”
👨🍳 “The most memorable moment was when I saw the blue sea after a long time.”
👨🌾 “The barbecue party in front of the traditional Korean house. The atmosphere of grilling meat and sharing together was so nice.”
👨🌾 “The idea presentation time was impressive. It was fun to share different thoughts and ways of expressing them.”
👨🌾 “Youngdeok Village Riding. I was worried about the heat wave, but I will remember the moment I ran while watching the incredibly beautiful scenery and sunset for a long time.”
👩💻 “Breakfast on the veranda of the accommodation in the morning, looking up at the sky. I liked the relaxation that I couldn't usually experience.”
