Town Hall Meetings in Sinan-gun

Hello, this is Sinan-gun.
With the launch of the 9th elected term,
we aim to communicate more closely with our residents.
We will regularly hold
'Town Hall Meetings with Residents.'
These meetings provide a platform for residents
to freely discuss their inconveniences,
local issues, and policy ideas.
During the meetings, the mayor and relevant officials
will directly respond to inquiries
and work together to find solutions.
Operating Guidelines:
☑️ Meeting Day: Every Wednesday
☑️ Operating Hours: 2 PM - 4 PM
☑️ First Meeting: July 8th
☑️ Location: 2nd Floor Auditorium, Sinan-gun Office
☑️ Who Can Attend: All residents of Sinan-gun are welcome to participate freely.
What topics can you discuss?
You can suggest opinions on various areas,
including improvements to daily inconveniences,
healthcare, welfare, transportation, tourism,
agriculture, fisheries, and renewable energy.
The mayor, department heads, and relevant officials
will attend and provide answers on-site.
For issues that require immediate resolution,
we will take swift action.
For matters that need further review,
we will assign a responsible department
to create a processing plan and inform you of the outcomes.
Sinan-gun will continue to listen to the voices
of each resident and maintain open communication.
