Small Joys and Delicious Discoveries

It's hard to appreciate happiness in the little things, even though I know I should.

Had Mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) for dinner, it was just okay...
Late-night snack...so delicious!
Woke up and went out for breakfast, had to wait in line. Rice cooked in a pot with grilled fish... Good stuff.
Visited two beaches and went swimming.
Just an okay seafood restaurant.
Brunch: Yukhoe bibimbap (raw beef bibimbap)... The doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) with lots of meat and tofu was good too.
A quiet and pretty garden at a cafe in the suburbs on a weekday... Perfect.
Went for ice cream and saw Okcat's autograph.
He's become a very wholesome, all-American kind of guy.
Ice cream + croquette = a deep, deep sleep.
They put mochi inside the croquette... consider it a sleeping pill.
Korean beef restaurant with over 3 billion KRW in annual sales... doesn't accept local currency coupons...
Drinking an Americano at a place that feels like a middle-aged live cafe...
Heading back to Seoul.
It's raining on and off when I arrive... I took a taxi. Watching the raindrops and streetlights through the window, I feel like I've become a total Seoul city slicker... I guess I have to accept it now.
