Promoting Integrity and Ethical Management at Korail Tourism Development

On June 2nd, the acting CEO of Korail Tourism Development and employee representatives gathered to commemorate 'Ethics Day' by holding a resolution statement on integrity and ethics.
From June 2nd to 8th, Korail Tourism Development will host an Ethics Management Implementation Week.
This week includes various programs designed to help all employees reflect on the values of integrity and ethics.
Activities will include a 'Clean ON!' short-form contest, a message from the CEO on integrity, and a resolution rally for integrity and ethics.
Our Commitment to a Culture of Integrity
The resolution rally aims to enhance employees' awareness of integrity and ethics and promote a healthy organizational culture.
On this day, employee representatives and department heads read the resolution statement alongside the CEO, reaffirming their commitment to ethical practices.
The resolution includes the following commitments:
✅ Compliance with the employee code of conduct
✅ Leading by example in creating a culture of integrity
✅ Prohibition of abuse of power and pursuit of undue benefits
✅ Practicing mutual respect and consideration among employees
Towards a Trusted Public Institution
Acting CEO Lee Woo-hyun stated, "On the occasion of Ethics Day, we will work to establish integrity and ethical management as part of our organizational culture, striving to become a public institution trusted by the people through continuous practice."
