Looking for the perfect Jeju souvenir for your family and friends? I wanted to bring back something special from my Jeju trip, so I searched for souvenir shops and stumbled upon Gopang Goods Store in Aewol. It had great reviews, so I knew I had to check it out!
I was immediately impressed by the variety of items and reasonable prices. It was the perfect place to find Jeju travel gifts. Gopang Goods Store has it all! Let me introduce you to this amazing shop, and I highly recommend you stop by for some shopping. Currently, they have a 1+1 event on all items!
1. Convenient Location and Easy Parking
Gopang Goods Store is ideally located in Jeju. It's just a short walk (1-2 minutes) from Gwakji Beach, making it easy to combine souvenir shopping with a visit to the sea. Plus, there's a branch of the famous Vietnamese coffee shop, Kong Cafe, right across from the store, perfect for a post-shopping coconut coffee. I spent a wonderful afternoon at the beach, the souvenir shop, and the cafe.
For parking, you can use either the store's dedicated parking lot or the public parking lot at Gwakji Beach. Since I planned to spend the day in the area, I parked at the beach. Gopang's parking lot allows for 1-hour parking.
Stepping into the Aewol souvenir shop, I was greeted by a colorful array of cute and pretty souvenirs. With Halloween approaching, there were also spooky ghost decorations everywhere, adding to the fun. The overall atmosphere is stylish and trendy.

2. Jeju Island Souvenir Food
My first stop was the food section. I wanted to find Jeju gifts that everyone would love. After all, who doesn't like delicious treats? Food is always a good choice!
They had a wide selection of unique snacks featuring local Jeju ingredients, such as barley coffee crackers, apple mango jelly, Udo peanut & scorched rice spicy snacks, and Omegi rice cake jelly. I filled my basket with various goodies. The jellies are individually wrapped, making them easy to portion out and share. I bought several to give as gifts.
The chocolate selection was also impressive, with unique flavors like banana, buckwheat crunch, and unripe tangerine. While you can find Hallabong and tangerine flavors everywhere, this shop had many new and interesting options to choose from.
There were also several items on sale, making it easy to snag a bargain. I found Buldak stir-fried shrimp noodles (instead of the usual chicken) for 5,000 won for a pack of 4! I was curious about the flavor, so I bought a pack. I'll try them soon and share my review!
In addition to snacks, Gopang Goods Store also had a great selection of other food items, including liquor, Mel젓 (fermented fish sauce), tea, syrups, and seafood. They offer 택배 (delivery) service, so you don't have to carry everything home yourself!
3. Cute Original Items
Next, I explored the store's signature products. They were full of cute merchandise designed and released by the store! I loved how they created adorable characters out of Hallabong oranges and Dol hareubang (stone grandfathers). I immediately picked out matching eye masks and blankets for my husband and me.
I also bought a Gopang vocabulary notebook, a pencil set, and a Yut Nori game for my son as Jeju gifts. These days, our family sits in the living room every evening to play Yut Nori. My son loves it and makes sure we all gather to play!
Other items I purchased included a stir-fry spatula, a shopping bag, and a dish sponge! This store not only has pretty souvenirs, but also practical goods.
4. Recommended Jeju Travel Gifts
Let me introduce some other great gift options. In the cosmetics category, I spotted tangerine-flavored toothpaste, volcanic ash soap, honey Vaseline, camellia oil, and horse oil cream.
The horse oil cream was particularly eye-catching because it looked luxurious. I ended up buying it for my mom as a Jeju travel gift! She said it's very moisturizing and she loves it.
If you have daughters or nieces, cute accessories make great gifts. They're all priced between 2,000 and 5,000 won, so they're very affordable.
Tangerine slice and basalt candles, and AirPods cases are also heartwarming items.
The keychains also come in a wide variety of designs, making it easy to find the perfect Jeju gift. They have everything from Hallasan mountain, hairtail fish, dolphins, black pigs, camellias, Hallabong oranges, female divers, horses, carrots, Dol hareubang, alpacas, capybaras, and more!
5. Unique Pet Supplies
On one side of the store, there were various products for pets. They were so small and adorable that I gasped when I saw them. If I had a dog or cat, I would have bought them all!
They had dog beer, capes, clothes, toys, and more. If you're a pet owner, be sure to visit this Jeju Island souvenir shop. You can even bring your furry friends with you!
Gopang Goods Store is a place that encompasses both emotional props and highly practical household goods, and the quality is excellent, making it a satisfying Jeju prop shop. I hope everyone enjoys a proper souvenir shopping experience here!
