Fun Weekend Getaway: Namildae Beach and Jirisan Valley!

Last weekend's trip to Namildae Beach was fantastic!
We spent the 23rd at Namildae Beach and the 24th at a valley in Jirisan.
It's been a truly fulfilling month of water activities! Haha!

The beach was officially open until Sunday, August 24th!
It's a small but great place for a quick getaway.
I took a picture at the photo zone!
And another one here!
Even after the end of summer (Cheoseo), it's still so hot.
The sea was cleaner than I expected!

There were no people around the buoy in the middle,
and the water was incredibly clear!
Getting ready for snorkeling.
The reason why only this area is clean... haha...
Apparently, you're not allowed to enter here. ㅠㅠ
I'm not sure what it's like now that it's closed, but
there were no jellyfish nets, and banana boats and jet boats were going back and forth, so security guards were preventing people from entering for safety reasons.
Also, you're not allowed to enter the nearby rocky area where people used to catch crabs, also for safety reasons. ㅠㅠ

Capturing the sparkling sunlight reflecting on the water.
Snorkeling on the crowded side.
I recommend visiting Namildae in the morning! The water gets very murky in the afternoon~

Instead of ordering delivery chicken, we ordered from the market (Haneuljang) behind the beach. It took 30 minutes.
We got fried chicken pieces for ₩25,000.
They gave us the seasoned sauce separately so it wouldn't get soggy.
Wow... the fried chicken was incredibly crispy and delicious!!!!!!!
So happy! Haha!

We also had cup noodles from the convenience store and enjoyed a filling meal with the kids. Haha!

Many people came in groups and enjoyed activities.
Minseo bravely tried the zip line and loved it so much that she rode it four times! Haha!

Awesome, awesome! Namildae is small but packed with fun!
A kid running to ride the zip line again. Haha!

Crowded with people.
Namildae gives you summer vibes!

Today's course doesn't end here.
There's Namildae Haesu World bathhouse,
which has an outdoor bath and about six large tubs.
You can wash your feet at the sink before entering.
Why didn't I know about this place sooner?
The kids loved it so much,
and Haesu World had a good price and great facilities.
Unfortunately, it's closing down on September 1st due to new developments. ㅠㅠ Move, move if you want to visit this week~!

Will we come back to Namildae again????
