Exploring the Baekje Cultural Festival in Buyeo

Heading to the Baekje Cultural Festival!
This year's Chuseok holiday was long, so we visited both my in-laws and my parents.
With some time left, we went to Buyeo, famous for its Baekje Cultural Festival.
I wore long sleeves since it's autumn, but that was a mistake! Whoops!
I had already packed away my summer clothes, but I might have to take them out again. lol
I also forgot to bring my parasol for the hot sun.
Maybe it's because of Chuseok, but it was packed with people.
My husband just wandered around the food court at the Baekje Cultural Festival.
I kept thinking it would have been prettier if we'd come in the evening when the lights were on…
So, we stayed and looked around until evening.
We watched a Talchum (mask dance) performance.
And the Royal Guard Changing Ceremony, which I'd only heard about.
It was funny and entertaining at times. lol
The Royal Guard Changing Ceremony was also impressive.
They even gave us time for taking pictures after the ceremony, so I took some photos too.
My wild horse... run, run!
Was that Kuromi? Or something like that? I wanted the balloon, but it was over 20,000 won. lol
It could automatically go up and down, so it seemed like every kid had one.
Smile!
After sunset, we went up to see the night view and took a picture.
So beautiful!
I was surprised by how large the Baekje Cultural Complex was and even more surprised by the heat.
It felt like a Korean Folk Village in Buyeo.
Every year we go to Gongju Gongsanseong Fortress but this year we decided to visit Buyeo.
I think I'll come again next year.
