Exploring Geochang Forest Leisure Park

I visited Geochang Forest Leisure Park, where you can enjoy various outdoor sports in nature.
The leisure facilities operate on weekends and holidays, making it difficult to experience them on weekdays.
However, it was nice to stroll around and explore the facilities in a tranquil atmosphere.
I had a leisurely time appreciating the breathtaking scenery of the open mountains and dense forests.
Upon entering Geochang Forest Leisure Park, the triangular-roofed accommodation facility caught my eye amidst the lush forest.
Referred to as the "House in the Forest," it is surrounded by greenery, making it a perfect spot for relaxation as well as outdoor activities.
Before exploring, I checked the comprehensive guide map.
With various leisure facilities, a forest sports center, and accommodation scattered throughout the spacious grounds, reviewing the locations and routes in advance made moving around much more convenient.
The forest sports center, featuring the park's landmark, the Treetop Observatory, is a must-visit.
You can make payments at the kiosk before heading up.
Once on the second floor, I noticed a small convenience store selling snacks and drinks, which seemed like a great place to take a short break.
To reach the Treetop Observatory, you have to climb numerous stairs.
Although it wasn't a particularly challenging distance, I struggled a bit due to my fear of heights.
As I neared the observatory, I spotted the zip coaster alongside, which would delight extreme sports enthusiasts.
Finally, I arrived at the observatory!
The mountain scenery visible through the observatory was truly magnificent.
On my way down, I noticed various rope experience facilities that looked like fun for families.
I thought there would be plenty of activities to enjoy on weekends.
Although I couldn't use the leisure facilities directly on a weekday, I enjoyed a peaceful walk, slowly taking in the natural beauty of Geochang Forest Leisure Park.
The expansive mountain ranges and forest trails provided a delightful experience just by exploring the various facilities.
If you're looking for activities, visiting on weekends or holidays would be ideal, while weekdays are great for a quiet stroll and enjoying the scenery.
