The <Jangheung Culture & Arts Center>.
Location: 96, Eupseong-ro, Jangheung-eup, Jangheung-gun, Jeollanam-do
Since its opening in May 2004, the Jangheung Culture & Arts Center has been leading the development of local culture and art,
and operating to ensure that residents can enjoy a vibrant cultural life.
The facility consists of a total of 4 spaces (Grand Performance Hall, Small Performance Hall, Exhibition Hall, and Multipurpose Room),
and each space offers a unique charm.
First, we would like to introduce the "Grand Performance Hall."
The Grand Performance Hall consists of the 1st and 2nd floors,
and is a professional performance space with a total of 496 seats and state-of-the-art stage, lighting, and sound facilities.
Various cultural and artistic activities are actively held here, including performances, seminars, workshops, and symposiums.
The Small Performance Hall has 145 seats,
and is equipped with facilities suitable for small-scale performances, such as a stage and broadcasting equipment.
It is a cultural space where local residents can participate directly, such as students' talent shows and resident seminars.
In the hallway, representative novels by Jangheung-born writers and
various literary works are exhibited,
making it a great place to stay and appreciate before and after the performance.
On another wall, various paintings are also exhibited,
adding artistic sensibility while continuing the afterglow of the performance.
