Exclusive Halong Bay Island Tour with a Vietnam Package

Halong Bay Private Island Tour with a Vietnam Package – an absolutely fantastic experience!
If you're tired of crowded package tours with large buses and numerous people, a private tour with Trip Village will definitely satisfy you.
From the moment we set off on our Halong Bay island tour, it was wonderful to have a boat exclusively for our group, allowing us to fully enjoy leisure and romance. We especially loved taking plenty of photos and relaxing on the second-floor deck, soaking in the beauty of Halong Bay.
Upon arriving at Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport and collecting our luggage, our guide greeted us with a bright smile and a sign. The sign itself was so lovely! We rushed over with excitement. What surprised us even more was our guide's fluent Korean. It was truly impressive.
This was the vehicle exclusively for our team. We were with this car throughout the trip. The spacious and comfortable interior, combined with the fact that only our group was on board, made it incredibly convenient.
The current trend in package tours is shifting towards smaller groups, but many people are still unaware, which is a shame.
My reasons for choosing Trip Village for my Vietnam package tour:
The biggest reason is no optional tours and no shopping! Low-cost package tours often require many on-site additions, such as optional tours or visits to three shopping centers, which can be frustrating. Here, there's no need to worry about any of that from the start, which I loved.
And the ability to travel privately! Instead of enduring the discomfort of traveling with other groups on a large bus, we could fully enjoy our trip exclusively, which was appealing enough.
Finally, the transparent pricing! Departures are possible with two or more people, but the price is further discounted for three or more. The more people, the greater the discount, making it great for families or gatherings with friends.
We headed to the pier for the island tour. Many boats were docked, each of various sizes. We were curious about the boat we would be taking today.
After receiving our tickets, we entered the pier. This was the boat that would take us on our island tour. We were surprised by its size and pleased with how well-maintained it was.
After boarding with my siblings, we set off immediately. The sky was overcast due to the typhoon, but we still departed as scheduled.
They prepared fruit for us, which we enjoyed while traveling. Seeing the beautifully arranged fruit on the table made us feel great from the start.
We went up to the second floor, and they rearranged the fruit table for us there. Thanks to that, we had a great time with a picture-perfect table.
Having coffee from the Starbucks near the entrance made it even better. The combination of fruit and coffee, along with the stunning scenery of Halong Bay, was unbeatable! We enjoyed our time to the fullest.
We had to capture the beautiful scenery with photos!
We started taking photos with the stunning views. The best part was that there was no stress when taking photos since there were four of us. We took turns taking pictures of each other on the deck, trying to capture the perfect shot.
Although we wished for better weather, we were grateful that it wasn't raining. The weather wasn't ideal.
Back in Korea, I felt grateful as I received the photos my siblings had taken. They had taken so many that I received a ton of pictures. Thanks to them, I was able to capture many beautiful moments.
The captain made an announcement, and our guide began explaining. The famous Kissing Rocks appeared. He explained that they look different from different angles and took us nearby.
As the boat moved, we could gradually see its shape. Everyone was amazed and snapped photos. It had been a long time since I visited with my mother, more than 10 years ago, so it felt special.
We were captivated by the scenery created by the small islands. The beauty was so striking that the emotion I felt at that moment was immense. Seeing the scenery in person that I had only seen in photos and videos made it worth the trip.
We were heading to the observation deck when suddenly the destination changed. Apparently, the original observation deck was too crowded, so we were going to Sung Sot Cave first. What great consideration!
We were on our way to the observation deck. Large ships couldn't dock at the pier, so we had to transfer to a smaller boat.
Can you see it? Large cruise ships can't reach the pier, so you have to transfer to a small boat like that. The small boat looked a bit precarious as it cut through the waves.
That small boat was packed with people heading to the pier. We even commented on how dangerous it looked. Our boat was perfect.
To explore the cave, we had to pass through the ticket office and climb the stairs for a while. This is where the slightly challenging journey began.
The scenery along the way was beautiful.
It was so beautiful that I kept stopping to admire it. There was a small photo zone next to the stairs, but so many people were taking pictures that we waited for a long time before giving up and heading to the cave. I barely managed to get one photo.
We were amazed by the enormous sight that greeted us as we entered the cave. The sheer size of the cave was astonishing.
Sung Sot Cave is famous as a place where soldiers hid during the Vietnam War. It was larger than I expected.
We followed the viewing path, exploring every corner of the cave. The lighting was well-maintained, so there were no difficulties moving around. The photos also turned out better than expected, so I took many with my phone camera.
It takes about 30 minutes to slowly walk through the beautiful cave. When you first enter, you keep going down, and when you exit, you have to go back up.
A photo taken by my travel writer sibling. We got a pretty good photo even in the cave. Thanks, Choi!
Although we met for the first time on this Vietnam package tour, we all became close as if we had known each other for a long time. Isn't this the charm of traveling? Developing new relationships with people you meet on the road and continuing those friendships for a long time! Isn't that the true charm of traveling?
This is the view as you come up after exploring Sung Sot Cave. The view of Halong Bay through the rocks was also very beautiful.
We could see the pier we needed to reach in the distance. We had to follow the deck road over the sea. The path was also pretty.
The rock that stretched out like a finger was unique. Since there was no one around, we took photos until a long line formed behind us. Foreigners gave us a thumbs up. We expressed our gratitude.
Some people asked us to take their photos, and being Koreans who are serious about photos, we took them with great care.
We kept snapping photos, saying that any shot would be a masterpiece.
The view from the observation deck was fantastic. It's a place that everyone would fall in love with. I felt bad for coming alone.
Am I the only one who thinks of family when seeing something beautiful? It was a moment when my family at home came to mind. I especially thought of my mother, who had mentioned wanting to go to Halong Bay. I should make time to come back with her soon. She would love it.
I've been talking for too long about the beautiful Halong Bay island tour.
I'll share the stories of the Luon Cave bamboo boat tour and Titop Island in the next post.
Will you wait until then?
