Emergency Response Training in Sinan-gun

The Sinan-gun Health Center
is conducting training
to enhance the emergency response capabilities
of our residents.
Starting from the 23rd,
we will offer the '2026 Rescue and First Aid Training'
to residents of 14 towns and villages.
This training is designed to reflect the characteristics of
island communities
and will be conducted in collaboration with
the Sinan Fire Department's Prevention and Safety Division.
It is tailored to address the unique needs of
areas with limited access to medical services.
We particularly focus on securing the 'Golden Time'
to save precious lives during unexpected emergencies.
Additionally, this training will be conducted
in 16 sessions, allowing participants to receive
convenient training near their homes.
The curriculum emphasizes practical skills
that can be applied in real situations.
Participants will learn:
- How to respond when a cardiac arrest occurs
- The correct method for CPR
- How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Emergency procedures for choking (Heimlich maneuver)
Our goal is to help residents respond calmly
in critical situations.
For training schedules and locations,
please check the Sinan-gun website
and local health centers.
We hope that through this training,
residents will become reliable guardians
for their families and neighbors in emergencies.
We will continue to strive
to protect the health rights of our residents
and create a safer community.
