Discovering the Saenggeo Jincheon Innovation City Library

Today, we would like to introduce you to the Saenggeo Jincheon Innovation City Library located in Deoksan-eup, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. This library is a cool indoor space worth visiting during the summer, where both children and adults can come together to gain new knowledge.
If you are visiting the library by car, you can search for the address 52 Daeharo, Deoksan-eup, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do in your navigation system. It is approximately a 14-minute drive from Jincheon County Hall. The library has designated parking spaces, so you won't have to worry about parking when you visit, making your trip more comfortable. For those using public transportation, you can take bus number 73 from the bus stop in front of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (Nonghyup) and get off at the Jangam bus stop, followed by a leisurely 15-minute walk to reach the library.
The current operating hours of the Saenggeo Jincheon Innovation City Library are as follows: It is closed on Mondays, designated public holidays (excluding Sundays, and if a holiday falls on Saturday or Sunday, the library will also be closed), and on days determined by the library director for other reasons. On weekdays (Tuesday to Friday), the library operates from 9 AM to 10 PM (Children's section: 9 AM to 6 PM), and on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), it is open from 9 AM to 6 PM. Please keep these hours in mind when you visit.
The Saenggeo Jincheon Innovation City Library currently houses approximately 76,739 various books, and to provide Jincheon residents with a more diverse and convenient experience, the library has been designed with various facilities across its floors, from the basement to the first floor, allowing visitors to enjoy a happy time together.
The first floor includes a comprehensive information room, children's section, infant section, nursing room, seminar room, cultural classroom, book playground, book café, study room, multimedia room, and office space. The basement level features a multipurpose room, so if you are visiting for the first time, please refer to this information for your use.
Lastly, you can borrow up to 5 books per person for 10 days at the Saenggeo Jincheon Innovation City Library, with a one-time renewal option for an additional 10 days. If you fail to return the books by the due date, borrowing privileges will be suspended for the number of overdue days. When returning books, please use the 24-hour self-return machine, and kindly scan each book one by one for return.
