A Trip to Uirimji Lake and Jecheon Market

I recently visited Uirimji Lake in Jecheon.
I heard that besides Uirimji Lake, Jecheon doesn't have many notable tourist attractions.

The weather was so clear that day! The clear sky reflecting on the lake was beautiful.
But it was incredibly hot.
Uirimji Lake is just a lake, and there's not much to see specifically, but it's a nice place to take a walk.
It took about an hour to walk around the entire lake.

I think this was where Yongchu Falls was, but I couldn't take a good picture.
This is the store.
I think it was featured on the Korean TV show "2 Days & 1 Night."
I really wanted coffee because of the heat, but I was worried it wouldn't taste good and I'd be disappointed, so we looked up a cafe and went to Sudo Sania Cafe instead.

Apparently, Uirimji Lake is the birthplace of agricultural culture.
I also explored the Jecheon Market.
I love places like this!
It's so much fun.
A quaint rural bus.
I really enjoy looking around the streets like this.
It's a different scene from Seoul.
The spicy fish cakes I had here were much more flavorful and delicious than the ones I had in Jecheon before!
And they were cheaper too. Before, it was 2,000 won for three, but here it was 1,000 won for two.
But they said I couldn't order just one, and since we were full, we decided to get some fried snacks to take away for dinner.
We only ate two spicy fish cakes before leaving.
So delicious!

Clearance sale!
Exploring traditional markets is always fun!
That's it for my Jecheon trip review.
