Take an evening stroll at Wolyeonggyo Bridge.

The longest wooden bridge in Korea stretching over the Nakdong River, subtle lighting, and the lights reflected on the river are so romantic.

Make sure to bring your camera. It's a famous spot for taking memorable photos!

Day 2 – Eastern Area Seowon Tour: A Day of Culture and Leisure

A Seowon dedicated to the great Joseon scholar Toegye Yi Hwang.

Established in 1574 by disciples and scholars after the death of Toegye Yi Hwang (1501-1570), a representative Neo-Confucian scholar of the mid-Joseon period, based on Dosan Seodang, a private academy where he taught.

It was the center of Confucian education and scholarship during the Joseon Dynasty and greatly influenced the development of Neo-Confucianism in later generations.

Currently, it is designated and preserved as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (Seowon, Korean Neo-Confucian Academies, inscribed in 2019).
