A Relaxing Visit to Malgeunbaram Cafe After a Stroll in Manroesan Natural Ecology Park

After a walk in Manroesan Natural Ecology Park, I visited Malgeunbaram Cafe, a large cafe located right in front of the park. I often visit the ecology park for walks, but I had never been to the cafe before. I was surprised to find out that it's designated as a 'Good Price' establishment. With its exhibition hall and cozy two-story space, it seems like a great place to visit during this time of year when the weather gets colder, so I wanted to share my experience.
Right in front of the cafe, there is a very large free parking lot, making it easy to park regardless of whether it's a weekday, weekend, or holiday. Parking accessibility is excellent.
I checked the 'Good Price' sign near the entrance before entering. 'Good Price' establishments are selected by the government and local authorities, and they offer products at relatively lower prices compared to other businesses.
Near the entrance, there are notices and information about the cafe's features. They offer decaf options, blankets, and high chairs for children. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. They also use good ingredients such as organic wheat flour, whole wheat flour, high-quality butter, and fresh cream, making it a safe and enjoyable place for children to eat.
The cafe is located on the second floor, but before going up, I decided to take a quick look at the exhibition hall on the first floor. The space was spacious and had a nice atmosphere, making it a great place to quietly appreciate the artwork.
There were many watercolor paintings with colorful hues, filling the space with brightness. All four seasons were depicted in the artwork, making it a great place to appreciate art any time of the year. The mirror sculpture where you can take photos to prove you visited Malgeunbaram Cafe was also nice.
Now, let's go up to the second-floor cafe. The entire space is surrounded by windows, which is great because it doesn't feel stuffy! I could also enjoy the autumn foliage outside, which was amazing! I think the natural light would be great on a sunny day.
As expected of a large cafe, the space was very spacious and pleasant, and there were plenty of group seating options. Also, the seats were comfortable, making it a great place to stay for a while. There were heaters throughout the cafe, so I could feel the warmth during this chilly season.
An Americano was 3,700 won, which was relatively inexpensive, as expected of a 'Good Price' establishment. Other drinks such as lattes and teas ranged from 5,000 won to 6,000 won, which is reasonable considering the current cafe prices. There was a small selection of baked goods such as cookies, scones, waffles, and salt bread, with prices averaging around 3,000 to 4,000 won.
I relaxed and enjoyed an Americano, a scone, and coffee bean bread for dessert. The coffee was delicious, and the scone and coffee bean bread were warmed up, making them even more delicious.
There were tables outside, so when I felt a little stuffy inside, I could go outside for some fresh air. The surrounding scenery with autumn foliage was very charming, and most of all, it was very quiet and relaxing, which was the most attractive aspect! If you like quiet places, I recommend visiting.
