A Quick Getaway to Busan: Friends, Food, and Fun!

After leaving work on August 12th, I arrived in Gwangyang in the early morning.
On August 13th, I met up with my close friend (and her adorable baby!).
The next day, after a drinking party with my father...
August 14th, I headed to Busan.
Seriously, my stamina is garbage! I'm not even driving, but I'm always exhausted...
On the way to Busan, I spotted a cute convenience store.
I don't know where it was exactly, but the cup ramen table was adorable!
Actually, “Ttun” and I almost had a minor fight before this vacation.
I don't like moving around a lot during vacation, but Ttun wanted to see their hometown and friends in Busan.
So, the plan was a four-day trip from Seoul to Gwangyang and Busan, which was tiring just thinking about it (even though I wasn't driving!).
So, Ttun and I called So and asked for help with our semi-fight... LOL (Are we children or what?)
So suggested that we spend one day just enjoying ourselves as a couple! She even shared the itinerary she and her boyfriend used for their Busan trip.
We followed her recommendations perfectly.
I’m so grateful to have So, my "JJJJJJ" friend (meaning extremely outgoing), by my side.
I will always be thankful. I should bow 108 times to So (a Korean expression of deep gratitude).
So, for our first meal in Busan, we had Milmyeon (wheat noodles with chilled broth)!
So delicious!
I understand why Busan Milmyeon is so famous. I'll write about this in my food review section.
Then, we went to a cafe that So recommended!
It was called “Neujo.”
Neujo Cafe deserves a round of applause!
We could see Gwangalli Beach very well, and it was so nice. It was pure healing...
The coffee was also so delicious! But it was so crowded that I couldn't take many pictures. What a shame.
The power of vacation season + a cafe with a great atmosphere is amazing...
After resting at our accommodation, we ate flounder with soju.
While drinking soju, we found out that if you order a bottle of the new Busan Galmaegi (Busan Seagull) soju, you get a hangover relief stick.
So, we ordered a bottle, and the staff (who seemed to be from the company) gave us three sticks per person instead of one! Hehe
I'm a lucky girl! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
That's how our first day in Busan ended!
Let's get along well, Ttun and So!
