A story of a vacation that wasn't quite a vacation 1️⃣

The fact that I went on a trip with Ji-hye after a whopping 2 years!

July 5-6

After countless destinations were suggested,

We decided to go to Taean, where there was a glamping site with great value for money.

We had lunch at Haengdamdo Service Area on the way,

But everything was terrible... Especially the *sotteok-sotteok* (sausage & rice cake skewers) & *tteokbokki* (spicy rice cakes) ㅠ

Grocery shopping before heading to the glamping site.

We brought so many things from home that we didn't need to buy much... haha

I just booked it because it was cheaper than other places, but I was very satisfied!

And what's great about this accommodation is that it's right in front of the ocean.

I dug the ground diligently to dig up clams, but I didn't even see a clam shell.

Going back to dig for clams...

The sea is good... No, Taean is good...

A seafood market we visited to pack up some *hoe* (raw fish) to eat in the evening after enjoying the sea.

They say that all the shellfish and fish have fixed prices.

I guess the difference is which place gives better service?

We bought from Jeongjugo Hwoejugo,

The owner was so kind and gave us a lot of clams as a service!!!

A cute dog I saw on the way back to the accommodation ㅠ

ㅜ It was so cute that I stared at it for a long time ㅜ

Meat grilled meticulously by Haein back at the accommodation.

An MZ generation shot I learned from Subin.

We ate, had a bonfire, and did fireworks? We did that too.

Aren't we so young?

We boiled ramen at dawn and went to the beach ㅎ

Before going home... Looking at the sea one last time.

A *kal-guksu* (noodle soup) restaurant that Ji-hye found.

The *mandu* (dumplings) here are the real deal, crazy delicious.

I didn't want to just go home like this, so we went to a cafe,

The *salt bread* here is delicious!!

Haein and I packed different kinds to take home ㅎㅎ

A story of a vacation that wasn't quite a vacation 2️⃣

Next is a trip to Busan with Subin.

July 10-12

You can get there in 2 hours and 30 minutes by taking the SRT (high-speed train), but

Thanks to Kim X-bin, who booked the *Mugunghwa* (slow train), it took 5 hours to get to Busan.

(Not complaining, just saying...)

The weather looks good, but it's super hot outside and super cold inside.

Arrived at Busan Station!

The first thing we ate upon arrival was *dwaeji-gukbap* (pork rice soup).

We just went to the closest place from the accommodation, but it was a *suyuk* (boiled pork slices)맛집(delicious restaurant).

The cafe I wanted to go to was closed, so we just went into any place,

And they had very healthy drinks.

On the way to see Haeundae Beach

Kim Subin's arm is longer than a two-meter selfie stickㅋㅋㅋ

While taking pictures at the beach, we got invited to a party, but

There was no one there, so we decided to find a hot spot.

The first place was Millac The Market

A mecca for hunting? What a joke.

It was all couples, so we just became women who came to drink.

The second place was Seomyeon Honsulnamnyeo (Drinking Alone Men and Women)

It's been a long time since I've been to a bar like this, but maybe it's because I'm getting older...

It wasn't fun.

Just people who drank and played claw machines.

Someone didn't control their drinking the night before and kept chugging,

So we went all the way to Busan, but ordered *mala tang* (spicy numbing soup), extended the room, and came out at 4 o'clock.

The *mala tang* was so good that I didn't wake her up and just ate it all myself ✌️

I felt like we didn't do anything even though we came all the way to Busan,

So I whined about wanting to eat *bingsu* (shaved ice) and we went to a cafe.

It's totally Instagrammable~~~

Actually, the reason we came to Busan was to go to a guesthouse,

But we were so disappointed in Millac The Market and Seomyeon the night before,

So we also did fortune cookies.

“Today is a day when you need to make an effort to boost your motivation.”

“If you keep going without giving up, good results will come.”

The place we went to was Busan Oge.

Everyone has great energy and plays very well.

As an extreme IIIII (MBTI type), I wanted to go home at first because I couldn't handle it,

But after talking to people, I had fun!!!

I went to an *izakaya* (Japanese pub) somewhere with the people I became friends with there,

It was so delicious, but I don't remember where it was because I went after drinking ㅠ

*Gukbap* and *milmyeon* (wheat noodles with spicy sauce) we ate for hangover cure on the last day.

The line got long after we went in, so I guess it's a 맛집.

The *milmyeon* was more delicious than the *gukbap* here.

I think this is a famous bakery tour place in Busan.

The bread was chewy and delicious, so I wanted to buy several.

If you like bread, be sure to go!!

Gwangalli Beach we went to see for the last time before going home.

Kim Subin's sense of beauty is insane.

We were walking around taking pictures of ourselves, but because of some hot guys,

We almost stayed in Busan for another day.

This wasn't intentional, they just happened to pass by while we were taking pictures.

We took the picture before having that thought, believe me.

Kim Subin's arm is truly a national treasure = my selfie stick.

While waiting in line, we had so little time left before our train,

We were debating whether to go or not, but it felt like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,

So we ate everything in 30 minutes and came out.

It's delicious, but I don't think it's as delicious as I expected.

Lastly, ate something delicious and the Busan trip is over~~~~
