A Healing Trip to Wonju and the Aftermath

Wonju Sogeumsan Suspension Bridge
I heard it's 150m long.
It's also quite high.

The glass floor of the cable car was a little scary.
I had to show off my Guckkasten fan status here too... useless, but I just wanted to... a fan's heart.
My sisters were like, "Ugh~~~"
High. So high~~
It was SO hot, I was sweating like crazy.
Glad we took the short course.
Someone would have passed out if it was the long course.

Wonju Guryongsa Temple
I feel at peace when I go to temples.
Being in the mountains, the air is fresh, and the sounds of birds and water are healing points.

I wrote a wish for my family's health on a small lantern.
Especially for my youngest son, stay healthy~~
Enjoyed a cup of tea while listening to the sound of water.

Came down and filled my hungry stomach.
The interior is clean.
Buckwheat pancake... a disappointing taste.
Deodeok (Codonopsis lanceolata) set meal.
Deodeok is always delicious... a bit expensive though.
Lee Hyo-seok Culture Center
It's well-maintained and nicely decorated.

I went on two trips to Gangwon-do within a few days of each other.
It was a trip that healed my mind and spirit a lot, but
It put a strain on my body... and I got sick...
History of two disc surgeries.
I'm always careful, but even taking frequent breaks while driving during trips, driving alone is still too much.
A few days after the trip, excruciating pain that prevented me from straightening my back.
Ah... my back again... a disc issue? ㅠㅠ
I got three injections and recovered about 95% in two weeks.
Thanks to that (?), I couldn't go to the new job I was supposed to start after just one day.
The company understood and suggested they find someone else, but asked me to contact them whenever I got better, saying they thought very highly of me.
Gratefully~~~~^^
I'm trying to live each day gratefully, happily, and rewardingly ~ I'm reading books diligently again these days.
I haven't been able to read the 200-300 books a year I used to read since last year.
I need to read diligently~~
