A Day Trip to Samcheok: Reflections and Discoveries

Working late, I bought various coffees, including the one Ms. Accounting raved about. But choosing in order of seniority, I unexpectedly ended up with the cold brew, lol.
I bought a cup to drink on the train to Donghae.
But honestly? It tasted too sweet for me...
I recently discovered there's a train to Gangwon-do! I always drove before, so seeing the scenery from the train was so nice.
The aftermath of the late night at work made me doze off, but I stubbornly fought to stay awake and enjoy the views.
First time at Donghae Station!
I had some time before the bus arrived, so I looked around the neighborhood.
Seeing the sign for a moving service with an ox felt like looking in a mirror.
Worn-out labor force, reporting for duty... -On Strike-
This restaurant, 'Eotteum Grape Village,' is where I came with my family last April.
I wanted to eat there, but they only take orders for 2+ people, so...
I sadly went to another restaurant.
Went to a restaurant based on a recommendation.
So-so.
Of course, I finished everything.
Ah~~~
Enjoying a cheese cake while gazing at the sea.
Don't you think this picture has a nice vibe?

Went back and re-took it.

Walking around Sol Beach brought back memories of coming here with my family last year.
It's amazing how you can revisit a place and see it from a different perspective.
Today, walking around, I kept thinking about how admirable my parents are for creating such good memories.
Went to a cafe while waiting for DH.
They're good at giving compliments.

DH bought me delicious lamb skewers.

Talking with DH made me feel sorry for not being a better sister to her...
I always thought I matured early and was a responsible child, but
I was a fake adult, and DH is the real adult.
I admire and am proud of DH for overcoming everything so well.
Even so, you still tell me I'm a good sister. I'll be better.....
End of a fun day trip to Samcheok ❤️〰️❤️
