A Day of Fun at Gyeongju WonderSpace Indoor Theme Park

WonderSpace
By Hosooni
The weather was on and off with rain this morning, so we decided to visit WonderSpace, an indoor theme park in Gyeongju.
⏰️ Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
WonderSpace Bomun is located directly across from Sono Cam Gyeongju, and the entire building is dedicated to WonderSpace.
There is underground parking and parking in the pilotis space, but it's almost always full on weekends.
As an indoor playground, it's popular because you can play all day regardless of the weather.
WonderSpace usually offers integrated tickets, with options A and B available.
The difference between A and B is whether or not they include one Battle Tank game and one Noodle Factory noodle.
Day passes for Raiders Arena, Selfie Planet, Battle Tank, and Sports Zone can also be purchased individually.
There are no on-site discounts for tickets, but the official social media often has various events, so it's a good idea to check for available benefits before you visit.
WonderSpace, the Gyeongju indoor theme park, lets you play on floors 2 through 5.
Tickets can be purchased at the entrance to Noodle Factory on the 3rd floor.
We used Integrated Ticket B, which included all available access.
Once you wear the wristband like an amusement park ticket and receive Wonder Coins, all that's left is to have fun!
Wonder Coins can be used in the arcade on the 2nd floor. 20 coins are provided by default, and you can refill them on the 5th floor if you run out.
Let's start with the Arcade Zone on the 2nd floor!
The arcade games in the Arcade Zone use Wonder Coins, but the claw machines at the entrance require a separate payment.
Next to that, there's a space labeled Table Tennis, but it's not currently used for table tennis; it's being used as a rest area.
Parents were resting there.
As a great place to visit with kids in Gyeongju, there are many children, but adults can also have a lot of fun.
It was very crowded during the day on the weekend, but after 5 PM, we were able to enjoy the games at ease.
There are several coin karaoke rooms, so we sang our hearts out.
You can try various things with Wonder Coins, so we were able to enjoy games we don't usually play at arcades.
A place where both children and adults can have fun!
I felt like the dads were even more excited than the kids here.
Before visiting the Arcade Zone, we booked Raiders Arena and Battle Tank, and they contacted us while we were playing.
Battle Tank is a game where you compete in teams or individually with RC cars, but we just played among ourselves.
It was amazing to control and move while watching the VR screen.
On the 2.5th floor, between the 2nd and 3rd floors, there is a Carnival and a Sports Zone.
There are also massage chairs available for those who need a rest.
We played longer than expected, so we were tired.
The Sports Zone allows you to enjoy various sports such as boxing, swimming, and basketball.
Think of it as a Hero Sports experience.
There's also a space to play pool and billiards, so many friends were placing bets and having fun.
While playing in the Sports Zone, it was time for our Raiders Arena reservation, so we went up to the 4th floor.
Raiders Arena is a team battle game using laser guns, and it was the game my child enjoyed the most.
It's a game where you wear clothes with laser guns attached and attack in teams.
I was worried that the gun would be too heavy for my child to use, but fortunately, it was light enough for them to enjoy.
When you enter the arena, there are walls and obstacles to run around, and at first, they hid behind the walls, but gradually became bolder and attacked enthusiastically.
My husband came in second place, saying we have to watch out for the elementary schoolers haha.
He said that he was the target of a concentrated attack when he attacked once and then a group of them came.
After finishing Raiders Arena, we were hungry!
We decided to have a snack at Noodle Factory on the 3rd floor.
It's like heaven for kids who love ramen!
You can see and eat a wide variety of ramen.
I think we could make our own DIY ramen, but I don't think they're doing it now.
Besides ramen, you can also eat other snacks such as kimbap and croquettes.
As expected, ramen is easy to make with the Hangang ramen machine!
Ramen tastes even better after playing hard!
WonderSpace is a place that kids can't help but love.
After filling our stomachs, we went back and forth between the Arcade Zone and the Sports Zone and played hard. Then, after hearing the announcement that the closing time was approaching, we will go up to the last course, Selfie Planet.
This isn't just a photo zone; it's a space that girls will go crazy for!
From props to dressing tables, it's a place that will make you want to buy everything haha.
Fix your hair and take a million pictures!
With various backgrounds, it's a place where couples and friends can come and leave beautiful photos.
Games are good, but be sure to visit here as well!
If you're looking for a place to go with kids in Gyeongju, I recommend visiting WonderSpace!
